   There is no option for zero star so had to give 1 firstly very less variety, mainly very bad customer service they don’t know how to deal or talk with customers, everybody’s in fully arrogant and attitude mode especially girls at till and they so confused what they are doing and how to guide the customers, but one boy with beautiful lavender hair colour and power spectacle helped me alot, he was really nice to me and waited patiently for me to finsih choosing. Hopefully I will not come again here.

   Would like to thank Paul for a great service tonight (22/08/25). I was unsure on a pair of trainers and he was very patient with me. At the till I was served by Raegan who was very friendly and chatted away whilst organising payment. Both are a credit to the store.

   There were two ladies at the till today and both were miserable and rude. They were approached with a smile and great manners and all we received back were dirty looks and mumbles. Looking at the reviews this seems to be the culture within this shop. Management are likely the same or there would be changes. Disappointing.

   One star too many, deserves zero stars. Arrived to pick up an online order at the desk, young girl puffed her cheeks as if it was a task, then a piece of paper and pen were thrown on to counter and I was told to write full name and order number, off she went and returned with my order which was given to me with a ‘here’ at no stage throughout the visit did I here a please or thanks or even a smile! Used this store a few times as it’s local to me and this seems to be normal here, never again for me, train your staff some customer service.

   Was in this store to purchase trainers, asked the young guy who was standing around with some of the other staff for a size and told him no need for me to try on, he went away came back and resumed talking to his colleagues never said anything to me, if they had them or I've put them behind the counter nothing. I decided to go to the till where two young females were having a good chat with each other as they were serving other customers, eventually it was my turn and no eye contact no interest in serving me, then when handing the bag over to me it was as if it here get out of my sight so I can continue to chat. Very poor customer service.

   Waited 15 minutes for pair of trainers to be brought out to try on had to say to another member of staff as other had obviously forgotten as she had to get them. Store wasnt that busy either. Big fancy store but no ...customer service was pretty bad !
