   Cute hollister store, however there is 1 member of staff who without fail is rude every time i visit. She changes behaviour towards each customer based on your appearance because i have not done anything wrong and she doesnt know me from anywhere. Always looking at people up and down, like she's trying to be rude on purpose to make you feel lesser than but then is suddenly friendly and joyous towards other customers who have also done absolutely nothing but exist in the store. All the other staff are very helpful and normal though, its just this one mean woman. Works monday evenings red bandeau top straightened hair.

   we were 1st in the que to checkout 5 items, we got told to go to the till at the back as it was really busy. When we got to the back an employee was tagging clothes instead of scanning out items, and when we mentioned we were in a rush and needed to get our items scanned she told us to wait and continued scanning items. When we again mentioned that we were in a rush she sighed and started scanning out items, kept rolling her eyes for the whole time.

   Lovely shop and staff but my disabled daughter who has juvenile arthritis and epilepsy (hidden disabilities) wasn't allowed to have me (her mother) in to help her try clothes on. The seating within the disabled changing room was not fit for purpose. It took my daughter (14) almost an hour to try on the 6 items she wanted to try on as I was not allowed to help. I offered to show staff her blue badge and proof of disability but I was denied entry. This is totally unacceptable and despite my daughter loving hollisters clothes I feel I don't want to return as the experience was upsetting. If she'd had a seizure I'd have to crawl under the door to help her. Thankfully she didn't. I understand the problems with multiple people in a changing room but there have to be exceptions. Shocked as everywhere else let me help her.

   The clothes are great here, especially for casual wear. The coats and jeans and lounge wear is really great quality. The only down side I would say is that there is a long wait at the till, there are loads of staff around the store but not always at the payment desk.
