   This is probably the worst pharmacy in the whole of Richmond, and it deserves ZERO stars. The pharmacy owners' behaviour today was completely unprofessional, dismissive, and very rude. They're clearly out of touch and utterly ignorant about the impact of their actions and words on clients. Despite explaining my mental health conditions and the impact these have had on my ability to collect medication this month, I was met with ignorance, rudeness, and a lack of empathy and understanding. The owner yelled that he himself "has mental health issues," a comment that sounds dismissive and in no way excuses the appalling behavior of both owners. I was also told that the pharmacy doesn't get paid to reorder medication, which seems like a basic service expectation. Furthermore, I was threatened with being banned from the pharmacy for being "too demanding!" Absolutely shocking! In addition, the state of the premises is a terrible - dilapidated and unmaintained for years.

   Disappointing service managing prescriptions. Was promised an item would ordered. Rang the following day to be told it had not been ordered. When asked why I was told it was going to be, I was told the person may not have known how to order. Very unprofessional from a pharmacy dealing with medical needs. Cannot recommend.

   Been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now. They only lose one star for being closed on Saturday from 12pm which is very inconvenient. Other than that, very efficient and have never had a problem.

   This pharmacy gets an unfair rep based on old management. The new management is fantastic and really cares about us locals. They have gone out of their way to make things convenient for me wit home delivery, and keep extra stock of the rare items I often forget to order until it's too late. They've saved my rear quite a few times! Thanks!

   Competent pharmacy, well stocked and polite. I’ve never had an issue in the 6 years my family has used them. The Drs emails through prescriptions and they are always ready promptly. Prescriptions are a set price if you pay so surprised by comments below. Felt compelled to review as I cannot reconcile this pharmacy with the 1 star reviews below and do not believe this to be the normal experience.

   I can't believe the comments on this pharmacy. We have been using it for the last 6 months and they could not be more helpful or accommodating. I'm not sure if the people running it have recently taken over from those referred to in the other reviews, but they have been unfailingly helpful with us and have liaised with the doctors surgery to ensure that my mother has has the right medication at all times and sometimes (she has been very ill) at very short notice. I would recommend them unreservedly.

   The older lady who works here has overcharged me (and many other people I have heard) on a couple of occasions. This same lady has been quite rude to me and family. ESSENTIAL prescriptions forgotten, conversations which have been had with pharmacy outright denied. Been on the border of resorting to A&E due to negligence on their part... This is healthcare!
