   I had a call with 111 today saying which medication I should request from the pharmacy and the agorrant male pharmacist said that wasn’t a doctor and didn’t provide any of the medication suggested by the doctor. I am feeling really unwell and I just needed nausea pills and he wouldn’t give them to us?!!! Said I should get ginger pills. Good for him being a pharmacist he’s not my prescribing doctor. Worst service ever.

   The guys there are professional and even a joy to talk to, but one lady there is just horrendous. I originally thought it could be just me but I also found my wife had similar bad experience dealing with this specific lady. Not sure what her deal is or why she is full of attitude but even simple straightforward interactions are atrociously bad, she gives a vibe of someone who does not want to be there or do the job and maybe she shouldn't! Unfortunately regardless of the good staff having someone so unprofessional and nasty is ruining everyone else's good work!

   Didn’t have the drug prescription in stock. It’s like the only purpose of the pharmacy. Staff are kind and very apologetic and it’s great to know that it might be in stock in a weeks time, but not great if you want it today

   Amazing service today by Garnier apologies if I misspelt your name .This wonderful person located the medication we needed and text me an alternative pharmacy. Outstanding service. I will go in store and tell customer service manager . So grateful

   Been using this dispensing chemist for many years and am always struck by the kindness and great service of all who work at this pharmacy, located inside the big Tesco. Always knowledgeable and willing to take time with each customer. And smiling and courtesy go such a long way. Thanks for consistent great service!

   Very slow service , was waiting for 20 minutes when I had enough went and ask if is gona take any longer and they give me the item. The staff was chatting constantly between eachather about their life and when I asked them about the item in the back they said ( I thought you’re doing the item between each other ). Really bad service !!
