   Staff need a personality transplant. So rude when I asked for assistance with the click and collect machine, actually laughed in my face. Same member of staff spoke to me like I was an idiot when I asked about returning an online order, so condescending, clearly doesn’t want to help customers/do their job. Really poor customer service when using the fitting rooms too, spoke to me like an idiot when I told them how many items I was taking into the changing rooms as I was unaware I can just walk in without acknowledging them. When items didn’t suit the staff continued their conversation and didn’t acknowledge me when I tried to hand over the items that I didn’t want to purchase. Will be visiting another Zara as such an uncomfortable shopping experience.

   Zara moved into the old Debenhams unit in Silverburn April 2025 and its a huge improvement on their old Silverburn unit. Very light and airy, loads of space to browse and the staff I've interacted with have all been friendly and helpful.

   Absolutely terrible service, it took 3 staff and the manager to exchange 1 pair of shorts and trousers for me and my sister.The employee we asked first said that she would check and never came back. We waited for over 20 minutes until another employee asked us if we needed help. The staff at the refund and exchange checkout didn't know how to do their job and claimed that "they didn't know how to do a exchange online" even though that's their job as a refund and exchange cashier? There was only 3 people at the payment area but there was a huge queue that took ages to get through. We were there for over 45 minutes exchanging 2 thing that they said would only take 2 minutes and half that time was us waiting for the employee to come back with the shorts and trousers.Honestly expected better from Zara. I would've gave this review zero stars but the lowest you can do is one star.

   Big thanks to all staffs on the shop floor especially the young man helped me and my daughter, my daughter had accidentally spilt Tea near the cashier ,it was busy in shop and the staff was very kind and helpful, totally made our day ! Thank you again !

   Bought trousers in the sale priced and sold for £12.99 had to exchange for a different size. Still in sale. Same trousers still priced at £12.99 however scanning at £19.99. When questioned told these were “new season” and were higher price! How is this correct? A call will be made to Trading standards to query! Totally crazy!!
