   Most of the time they don’t have my medicine. They deliver them after request and call again to them. Recently i need a medicine i am waiting for my tablet for 2 days still I didn’t receive it . They said we send it but it didn’t arrive.

   Extremely slow in response, in spite of having a staff of 4 it took them 10 minutes to attend to first customer in queue and then another long wait to get your meds on prescription.

   The most disorganised, slow and incompetent staff I have seen in any pharmacy. A simple prescription turned to a rocket science for them and I was the ONLY person waiting . Why ? because as well as not knowing how to use the system and do one finger typing, the young girl and young man, kept giggling and joking while dealing with prescription....

   Was referred to this Pharmacy after I did my NHS 111 online. They assessed me and prescribed antibiotics. This save me a lot of my time going to a and e as well as A and E being able to look after the emergency cases only. All recovered now with the prompt and efficient service from the pharmacy. Thank you!
