Same as other reviews.. accepted and ‘processing’ order for days before cancelling as no stock. Shocking. Waiting for refund
Ordered my favourite shower gel on line , hard to find in this country, normally buy it on holiday in Turkey. Arrived exactly as described. Thank you. Second order not a good experience , money taken from account product apparently not in stock, but took 2 weeks to be informed and refunded
Purchased 12 days ago, received 3 emails within 12 days saying someone is working on my order, last emails said that the order will be ready for delivery soon and the next day order has been cancelled as all 24 items from my order is OUT OF STOCK! Took 12 days to realise it?
Do not use these guys for online orders. Placed an order for next day delivery. Never happened! Rang up a week later, eventually got and answer on the phone to be told the it would take 10 days! Told I needed to speak to someone else and transferred to another person, never answered. Left a message, no response. It’s now coming u to a month and still no sign of my order. Now in dispute with the bank.
Ordered my favourite soap which is very difficult to get. They priced it very low compared to everyone else, so I purchased it. Only for them to cancel my order on the last day it should have been delivered. I'm still waiting for my refund.
I purchase from there website and the customer service I receive is amazing, they have gone out of their way to help me out, you definitely wouldn’t get this much help from other chemists

Went in for a reassurance blood test , and he was really kind and booked me to come in and get tge blood test done straight away , and results came in really fast and he called me with the results. So happy to have this chemist on my door step and also very affordable prices thank u so much .
