    Each time my GP issues a prescription, the medication is not prepared in a timely manner. Although there is usually a week or more available for patients to collect their prescriptions, I have repeatedly been told upon arrival that the medication was not ordered and that I need to wait longer. This has caused me to make multiple trips for the same prescription, resulting in a significant waste of my time. Additionally, I have found the behavior of both staff and management to be extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager, in particular, communicates in a very aggressive manner, which I find unacceptable and surprising given their position of responsibility. You will lose a large number of customers because of your attitude. Such a ridiculous team !!!

    WARNING! I will never use this pharmacy again! Only the Manager is respectful & helpful, the rest of the staff are rude & seem to enjoy upsetting people. I live with a life threatening rare disease (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome which cause swelling of my body & Anaphylaxis!) THEY KNOW and yet don’t release emergency medication unless their boss is there! Shocking and awful to put the phone down on a good customer like me whilst I’m pleading for just 2 pills of steroids to avoid going into a full attack, with Angioedema (severe swelling that is excruciating) Anaphylaxis (Serling of tongue m/throat and kills you as blocks airways) that will mean EPI pen & hospitalise me! Just the worst people ever, yoi should be more caring understanding and respectful ou pushed me too far today… and I will be logon a formal complaint about you all not only on with NHS but with local newspapers and more.

    I was initially a bit worried about going here due to all the bad reviews but I was really impressed with both the pharmacy and the service. The service was quick and they had exactly the medicine I needed, and for a good price. Will be using again!

    They never have the prescription ready. I have to stop by the pharmacy and enquire about my prescription for them to order it so I need to go back again. This happens all the time but this time is the last straw. I went by yesterday to pick up a prescription they received last week but I was told there's limitations on how many they can order per month so they'll order the item for tomorrow. This excuse alone is poor as they had the prescription for a week. And if the item isn't collected, they can always return it to the wholesaler. I called today to see if the prescription is ready and I was told the product hasn't arrived as there's a supply issue so they'll place an order. I spoke to the manager, Ade, but she was so rude and spoke down to me. She kept fixating on how they don't commonly stock that item, which isn't even the issue. She even went on to give examples of common medicines they stock, again, this isn't my problem as they had a week to get the item in stock. I even had to ask her if she could let me finish my sentence. She was really condescending and I fedback to her, how her communication came across, she started arguing about how her feelings were hurt. The service provided by Ade is very unprofessional- no accountability whatsoever on really poor patient service. From my experience, a good pharmacy would chase the wholesaler up every day for problem items, take the patient's number down should the issue persist and even contact the doctor on their behalf for an alternative medication. These are the pharmacies I would return to and give them my business. I have seen other reviews of people complaining about similar issues and one person didn't get anywhere with their complaint. Just for your information, if the company doesn't do anything about your complaint, you can contact the Integrated Care Board (ICB) or you can contact the pharmacy regulatory body, the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) if you wish to raise concerns of the pharmacy and/or pharmacist. No one deserves the rudeness this team seems to consistently be serving, and keep getting away with. Ps- I managed to get my item from another pharmacy the same day, and they comfirmed they don't have any supply issues.

    The manager needs to get some educational lessons in attitude. Very very rude. I have never been treated this way in a pharmacy before. Awful.

    They are very rude here. A few weeks ago I came for my prescription and the lady (who I'm assuming is the manager) told me it had not arrived yet. I told her that I had requested it long ago but she didn't double check, she dismissed me saying they didn't have it. I called my GP right there and then and they told me it had been sent over a week ago. So I asked again, this time I was served by a young lady who quickly found it in the system and gave me the medicine. I don't know why the first woman said they didn't have it, she was rude and dismissive and she should have double checked, since they did indeed have it. Today i was served by the same woman, there were meant to be 2 prescriptions, but one was missing. She said she did not have it and given my last experience, I asked her to double check as the Dr. told me on the phone yesterday that he was sending a cream. She didn't double check anything, she just shouted at me "Madam there is no cream!". Since it is so tedious for the people at this pharmacy to have to serve customers, I have done them a favour by changing my nominated pharmacy. I won't be coming here again, not buying even vitamins from them.

    OMG the other reviews are just confirming my experience of today! I went in asking if they sold single use syringes and needles as I need to fix some wallpaper with glue, these lot looked at me as if I was dodgy!!!! Seriously. Don't go there unless you don't mind being judged with clear looks. To the staff there: you really need to learn how you come across to customers. It's not good for the business. I resent the way you treated me today.

    The worst customer service of my entire life. Was awaiting the Queue for about 10 minutes. Three people around the counter absolutely dis motivated and lack of communication skills. No eye contact, no smile. A girl came behind the till and even she didn't have anything to do, she said please keep waiting and left the till to the back of the pharmacy. The other two were so slow at whatever they were keeping their hands busy. I wont go there even if I am gonna die. Don't waste your money and time as you will face a big disappointment. Please help NHS with these people in charge of our health!!!!!

    The worst customer service by far. The so called manager is so rude shouting in front of customers. The staff acting like headless chicken. Nobody knows what to do. My prescription was sent Monday early morning. Late afternoon when I went to collect, I was told that none of it was in stock, comeback Wednesday. Wednesday, only a part of my prescription was ready. I was asked to comeback on Thursday. Thursday evening, I went back and once again, I was told to comeback on Friday! Almost a week and 3 trips to the chemist so far and still nothing! They refuse to send it to me or even call me when my medication is ready. This will be my last visit to this horrible, unpleasant and depressing place. I do not recommend it to anyone.
