   Friendly, efficient and helpful. My repeat prescriptions dealt with trouble-free. So much easier to come here for my Covid and flu vax in a single appointment at a time that suits me rather than two separate appointments at my GP practice further away.

   I brought my daughter (2 years) to Greenfield pharmacy for taking chickenpox vaccine. Pharmacist Hasil is super professional and his knowledge about chickenpox vaccine is very solid (he answered all my questions via phone). He is also very nice and patient to my daughter, she only cried for a little bit during injection and calmed down very quickly when Hasil attacked her attention with a dinosaur sticker and peppa pig. I would highly recommend here and will bring my daughter back for vaccinations.

   Amazing service on Saturday morning Feb 23rd 2025. Really busy local chemist. Tiny shop but everyone who came in was so well respected and cared for. The staff so patient and relaxed considering the constant flow of a variety of customers. I was in the chemist for a little time as the chemist was dealing with an unusual request from me which gave me an opportunity to observe this truly great service.

   Greenfield Pharmacy in New Barnet is an excellent local pharmacy. Not only do they manage prescriptions carefully but they are also there to help generally, provide vaccinations etc and be very accessible to answering questions; and they know who you are when you walk into their shop! I find dealing with them a pleasure; they are reassuringly proactive, supportive knowledgeable and kind.

   I visited this a pharmacy a few times and every time I've been dissatisfied about the service provided, especially by the pharmacist. I was provided with incorrect advice and the pharmacist did not know really much about the products he is was suggesting to me. I expect more help and to be able to trust the pharmacist. Like as for many other places, there is way too much drive to upsell customer products, and this pharmacy is no different.

   Excellent service. Tried for 3 days to get through to my doctors. Constantly held in a queue. On line repeat prescription service would not let me in!!!! So finally rang the chemist. They organised it all for me. Very efficient and friendly. Wished I caled them first. Will know in future who to call. Doctors useless unfortunately. Gold star to chemist. Very grateful. Gill Smith

   Very efficient and well run pharmacy. Prescriptions sent from gp straight through and processed quickly. A text is then sent to collect. Never more than 2-3 people in queue in pharmacy. Staff always polite and happy to help

   Always friendly and helpful.....but they do not know how to respect my privacy! I always refuse to say my name and address out loud when collecting my meds and I give them my ID instead, only to have them read my name and address out loud each time and watch me cringe. I've asked again and again, but no joy.

   This pharmacy gives a brilliant service. The automatic prescription service is very efficient with text reminders. They give a personal welcome when you go in the shop and are good for answering questions about children without having to get a doctors appointment. I have had flu jabs there also. They are also open on some bank holidays etc when others are closed . All in all , very good
