From the easy user-friendly online appointment system to the friendly reception staff and the excellent, highly knowledgeabe and skilled sonographer (ultrasound technician) Karin Meeds who took her time with the scan, ensured my wife did not feel any discomfort and explained everything to my wife and I as she went along and had an excellent bedside manner. She then emailed the results of the scan to us within the hour just as she said she would. This is the place to go if you need an ultrasound scan. “I have only visited this clinic twice to see a physiotherapist, and on two separate occasions for different reasons. I was extremely impressed on both occasions. On my first visit I was experiencing severe pains down my right leg and wondered what could be done. The physio massaged my lower spine for about 2 minutes, and amazingly, the pain went away and has not rerurned. My second visit, 12 months later, was to ask for advice about going to the gym. I was worried that if I resumed my twice-weekly trips to the gym, my leg pains would return after being pain-free for a year. This time aI saw a different physio who showed me some very helpful exercises. On both occasions the male physiotherapists were very extremely personable and clearly knew their stuff. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.”

My Tosca suffered from hyperthyroidism and they managed to get her diagnosis correct after I tried two other vets before. She flourished and carried on living another 7 beautiful years until 23. Their in clinic services range from your routine clinical care to acupuncture and access to specialist services such as ophthalmology. All the vets are up to speed on the latest treatment and research which means a lot when you are dealing with geriatric cats. The office and reception team is professional and empathetic. Even during Covid I felt supported in getting the medical needs of my cats met. Yes it is pricy however knowing that my cats are in the best possible care means the world to me and all the prices are communicated clearly beforehand so there are no nasty surprises.”

What's important is you don't have to wait for days or weeks for an appointment, just walk in and get it done. Completely hassle free AND the test results are sent to your email even on the same day (depending on what you're testing for, some take a few days but still - not long at all).
