From the get-go, Sarah made my 3yo feel extremely relaxed – with a bit of help from Elsa and Anna – and went about destroying the lice we'd struggled with for a year. Sarah is not only an expert, she knows how to handle unruly kids (and frustrated adults), and she has a few good stories to tell too. We had to go back a couple of times to get the last few out, but it was actually a real pleasure to be at Sarah's place, and nothing like the hellish experience I'd imagined it to be. If you're having lice-mares, just go to Sarah!”

We rescued 2 elderly Jack Russell cross breeds ,who have health issues and they have received 5 star treatment at a fair price ,I have no hesitation in recommending these vets .”

“A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”

“Really helpful staff, the pharmacist himself is excellent. It does get very busy being close to a doctor’s surgery but don’t let that put you off. I think people complaining are not acknowledging how much the pharmacist has to do these days. I get all my families meds here plus I pop in for advice when needed and I will continue to do so.”

“I took my elderly mum to the Bromley branch yesterday. She was so despondent when we arrived after yet another disappointing visit to another established, well known high street shoe shop. The moment we stepped inside the door, all her shoe shopping woes disappeared! We were greeted by such a lovely lady who immediately understood my Mum’s difficulties and knew what she needed. The lady was so patient, kind and knowledgeable and we cannot thank her enough for her help (I wished I had asked her name now!) We left with shoes, sandals and slippers, all at a very reasonable price. There was also a lot of choice, which made a very pleasant change. We will definitely be going there again.”
