   I visit this store regularly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Recently, I accidentally left my change behind, and one of the staff members quickly ran after me to return it. That small gesture really shows how honest and caring they are. Great service every time!

   I don't normally buy my supplements from H&B as I prefer to support the smaller independent outlets. Alas, I was in the area with a bit of time on my hands so went inside just to browse. I was pleasantly surprised by a very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff, Ina. Ina spent a considerable amount of time explaining various products and their applications and differences. She was so good that I happily purchased several items to suit my needs. Thanks, Ina.

   Went into the Bromley store today.Customer service was fantastic. I was served by Hayley and I am very happy with her service. She had Lots of knowledge witha product I bought online. As well as i Called the store the same day (near to closing time ) spoke to Hayley over the phone. She was very bubbly and helpful regardless of the store having only 4minutes to closing time.

   Saw a deal on Grenade perwork out for £21 on offer and went to the desk and said it was £65! I said the tag was there and then hide the label and it’s not in offer ! I thought it a label is up that’s price, legally should of been the price if it’s in the self not going back there
