   I’ve been coming here because I like it is cat only. But over the years, I don’t think they can justify their price or their gold standard. I had one vet years ago, clearly had issue with me as even though I’m the one with answers to his questions, he only spoke to my white partner. I’ve never experienced anything like it anywhere in the UK. I had vets who said she will send me more info as follow up but never did. And now it took forever to get an email reply whilst my cat is ill and I need more info as for next steps. I also didn’t like getting a phone call, and the first question was “how do you like me to answer your question” (regarding my cat’s next step care) - hello, who’s the vet here? I feel the price they quoted is absurd, and the level of care and professionalism do not reflect that price. It’s a shame as I’d be willing to pay more for cat only clinic and better facility, but not insane price and a sub level care. After almost a decade, I’m starting to look for another clinic.

   We're forever grateful to the team at the London Cat Clinic, with special mention to the wonderful Dr Carlisle. Their expertise gave us several happy years with our beloved rescue (in spite of all his co-morbidities) and their kindness made each visit pretty much stress-free. Dr Jeremy and his team even checked in on us and supported us when our cat had to be taken to another service in an emergency. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, dependable and warm vet practice, look no further.

   I’ve never had a good experience with vets in the past, but my recent visit completely changed that. It was such a sad day, as it was time to say goodbye to my beloved cat, Betty. From the moment I arrived, the team made such a difficult experience feel calm and caring. Rosie and Kelly on reception welcomed us warmly and took us straight to a private room that was already set up and so peaceful. They offered us drinks and gave us time alone to settle before the vet arrived, which I really appreciated. Dr Anna Di Toma was wonderful, gentle, compassionate and made sure I fully understood what would happen before starting. She took Betty to the back so the team could place a catheter, and when the nurse, Jessica, brought her back, the genuine care in how she held her really touched me. It didn’t feel like “routine care” it was true kindness. Dr Anna carried out the euthanasia with such respect. It was quick, peaceful and Betty left with dignity and love. When her ashes were returned, I was told a nurse named Georgia had taken paw and nose prints which was such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture that I will treasure forever. Thank you to the entire team for your compassion and for making Betty’s final moments so peaceful. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who helped us through such a hard day.

   Excellent care and service from this team of knowledgeable vets and nurses. My cats have been going there for 8 years since it first opened. My Tosca suffered from hyperthyroidism and they managed to get her diagnosis correct after I tried two other vets before. She flourished and carried on living another 7 beautiful years until 23. Their in clinic services range from your routine clinical care to acupuncture and access to specialist services such as ophthalmology. All the vets are up to speed on the latest treatment and research which means a lot when you are dealing with geriatric cats. The office and reception team is professional and empathetic. Even during Covid I felt supported in getting the medical needs of my cats met. Yes it is pricy however knowing that my cats are in the best possible care means the world to me and all the prices are communicated clearly beforehand so there are no nasty surprises.

   Very professional service and all of the staff truly care for cats. We lost our boy Lucky 3 days ago and the staff handled everything so well and even arranged us to see Lucky one last time before he sent to be cremated. We truly appreciate how caring and empathetic the staff are. If we are getting another cat in the future, we will definitely choose here again.

   I am extremely impressed with the London Cat Clinic, what a wonderful place! Arthur, my 6 month old Bengal, had to have an echocardiogram yesterday, and I was very reassured with the depth of clinical history-taking beforehand, the detail of the treatment plan, and the way I was included in it. Sherry and the team were able to do the procedure at the clinic whilst communicating remotely with a cardiologist throughout, which was extra reassuring. I had no worries leaving Arthur there as all the staff clearly adore cats, and the facilities are well designed for cat comfort and stress levels. And the follow-up telephone call today was much appreciated. Thank you so much!

   I had an appointment at the London Cat Clinic today my "Little Diva" cat's nails needed to be clipped, she's not good with strangers or unfamiliar environments.. so becomes very anxious!!! And rebels against being handled where her nails are concerned.. but I was pleasantly amazed by Doctor (Farhe) I know I've mis-spelt his name "apologies!" And the Nurse (name not known) they were able to clip her nails with ease.. I feel Bambi (my cat) picked up on their Male Pheromones.. so resistance was futile!!! Thank you to all the staff at the Clinic!
