I really wish I could give The Thai Chilli a higher rating because the food quality was genuinely very good and the staff were lovely - polite and attentive throughout our visit. I had the Thai green curry which was absolutely delicious and authentic. However, I have to dock points for the pricing. I wasn't expecting to pay around Β£60 for two mains and one drink each for my partner and myself. While I understand restaurant costs have increased, this felt quite steep for what we received, especially without any prior indication of the price point. The food itself deserves 4-5 stars, but the value for money brings it down to 3 stars overall. If you don't mind paying premium prices for quality Thai food, you'll likely enjoy it more than we did.

Great service, really enjoyed our pad Thai. Our child enjoyed her food too. Will be coming back.

The service left much to be desired β no effort was made to clean the table when we sat down, even though it had clearly been used. I ended up clearing the plates from the previous guests myself. The food was overpriced and, in my case, barely edible. My Caesar salad was especially disappointing. To their credit, the staff did ask if everything was okay β but overall, the experience was far from satisfactory.

We came here for a family dinner and were really disappointed. We ordered Tom Yum Soup (which was the only good dish), Pad Grapow, Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Massaman Curry. Sadly, most of the food was way too salty, which completely overpowered the flavorsβespecially in the curries and noodles. The flavors were completely off, and the high prices didnβt match the quality. For the high prices, we expected much better quality. The service was friendly, but the food didnβt live up to expectations and ended up spoiling what was supposed to be a nice evening with family. Wouldnβt recommend.

We booked here for our works Christmas meal. We weren't expecting much after mixed reviews about last year's meal, but we were pleasantly surprised. They had seated us in the old Chimes Bar which felt cosy and warm with the fire lit. The tables were decorated beautifully. The staff were very nice and the table service was great, although this seemed to drop off after they'd delivered our desserts. The starter was good (I has the veggie Thai mixed starter). It would have been better with a drizzle of sauce as it was a bit dry. The ball on the plate was really hard to cut into and bits went flying all over the place, I found it best to pick it up with my hands and bite into it. It tasted nice, though I still don't know what it was. The main looked delicious, though a slightly smaller portion of accompaniments than I would have hoped for. It all tasted great though, and the duck was perfect, with exception of the bit of gristle found at the end. I didn't have a dessert, but I definitely could have fitted it in. It was pricey for a small town pub / restaurant. Β£23.95 for 1 course, Β£26.95 for 2 and Β£29.95 for 3. Not inclusive of the 10% service charge. Overall we had a great time and they didn't once complain about the mouse we were making with our festive games.

Good food, great Thai chef. Would eat here again and would recommend. During the weekday you eat in the pub, in the weekend in the actual restaurant in the back.

Really poor food and trying to sell this food for the higher end is dreadful. No Thai taste to it at all. Save your money and go to Thai Orchard in a Westbury or ideally a little further a field Giggling squid.

Nice food, but could have had a bit more flavour. One of the starters didn't come out until the other people I was with had finished there's. But overall, we will be going back again.
