Popped into the shop just for a pair of insoles….. Jenna was absolutely fantastic with the kind of customer service that would make you a return customer.
Had to return an online order due to the wrong size being in the box and the staff at the store were absolutely superb. Once they verified my order details via my confirmation email they couldn't do enough to help get the correct size. They advised to have the little one's feet measured whilst we were there and then advised on the best size to purchase. All of this was accomplished quickly and without issue. An example of how returns should be handled.
A good place for buying your kids shoes.The range of shoes is extensive and the staff are absolutely brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and their knowledge of fitting the perfect size shoe to your child's feet is unsurpassed. Some of the prices are very high but some bargains can be found.
