I bought what I wanted but defo never back again. Service is extremely bad. I don’t just buy shoes but service and vibes.
Had an issue with fitment, staff great with arranging of an alternative pair and still within budget.. The actual trainers fit perfect, always best going in store than buying online.
Nice big shop which is great as long as you don't require any assistance from the staff. When I asked for help finding a particular pair of trainers, the response "You'll just have to look" is not helpful.
This is a beautiful shop, bright, clean and the staff are lovely. Customer Service is amazing. The selection is, in one word, "wow"! It goes on forever and you are surely guaranteed to find something you will love. The brand is awesome anyway, but it makes a world of a difference when you can enjoy the shopping experience too. This will be a new regular for me so I better get saving !
Good selection but bit on the pricey side
Recently took elderly parent to this shop - twice. Service received by same salesperson was excellent, courteous and all in appropriate humour - this was very reassuring. Staff in shop extremely professional - well done
Unfortunately the boots I bought a few weeks ago were faulty (the first time I have ever experienced this with a Skechers product). Despite the fact I had mislaid the receipt staff accepted my bank statement as proof of purchase and replaced the boots at the previous sale price. Very courteous and helpful - will certainly shop here again in future.
Brilliant shoes especially if you have any problems with your calf ankle or heel - which I have. Really help to disapate the pain. Very comfortable with styles to suit all tastes and occasions would thoroughly recommend this product
This is a fairly large Sketchers here at the Fort Retail Park just off junction 10 of the M8 motorway in Glasgows east end. I did buy trainers here Sketchers are very comfortable. The variety of trainers here is excellent and they also have shoes and the prices come from quite cheap to fairly expensive. I did take some in store photos, but a fairly thuggish security guard warned me. Photos not allowed.
