From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She listened carefully to what I needed, offered thoughtful recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure my son left with a few perfect pairs of shoes. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made the whole shopping experience so much easier and genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about helping customers. Thank you, Marwa—you’re a credit to the store!
Lovely experience buying my wee boys first shoes - Amy was fantastic, measured my baby’s feet and made sure his new shoes fit perfectly.
I had bought shoes from Clarks for my daughter. They were very nice, and the design was absolutely stunning. My daughter liked them a lot and said that we will definitely visit this shop again.
Excellent comfortable waterproof walking shoes. Walked 1,000s of miles in last pair. Best get foot size checked which Clarks are good at. Worth the money.

Poor customer service. Getting feet measured on 10 month infant, for the 1st time. Very little interaction with adults and no interaction with infant. Did buy a pair of shoes, but would look elsewhere next time.
I hated this shop. I bought a pair of suede trainer boots. Payed 60 squid. Well i was disappointed. They ripped my feet up pretty bad. So it a shop I hated when I was a kid back then. Thought al try there stuff now. Shoes still rip my feet years later. Sort that out. Prices are a joke. I could've just bought cloths. A comfy pair of trainers. I think this could be my first bad review i have ever given. Sorry the truth had to be said. Disappointed.. =/
Went to this showroom to have a look at the collections there, as that perfect fit seemed elusive in all the other places we had been to. Right from the moment we stepped in Steve and Grace served us with warmth and pleasance. Steve went that extra mile to understand the 'feet' and look and find what we wanted. He knew his shoes, for sure. Grace assisted him perfectly. We not only had a better understanding of our fit but also went on to discuss the city of Glasgow and its attractions. We found our shoes here :-) Thank you Steve and Grace for your wonderful service.
