   After speaking to my GP, I was told I needed the Yellow Fever vaccine for my travels, but unfortunately they weren’t able to provide it. I did a quick Google search and found Dermacia Pharmacy in Islington, North London. I called ahead to check availability, and they said they were quiet and I could come in straight away if I was free. The location is convenient — just a 5-minute walk from Highbury & Islington station. When I arrived, I was asked to fill out a form and was seen immediately. The doctor was very friendly and explained why I needed the Yellow Fever vaccine and what it protects against, which I found really helpful. She gave me the vaccine and provided my certificate on the spot. I’m very pleased with how smoothly everything went. The customer service was great, and both the staff and doctor were friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend visiting this pharmacy/travel clinic.

   I had booked a flu jab last week on line for here for today 22nd October but when I arrived they said there was no flu jabs left. They said that they had cancelled but it hadn’t gone through. I was upset because i have just had a knee replacement and find walking difficult. I found their attitude to be very unapologetic and infact I felt that they spoke down to me. After I left there I tried online to get a flu jab in another chemist but my nhs app would not permit me to get one online as it thought I already had the jab. I rang the chemist and had to ask them to officially cancel so I could get another one. They were unfriendly and said it shouldn’t make a difference but they’re do it anyway. Very unprofessional

   I have been using this pharmacy for years for my prescriptions and more. The staff are always friendly, helpful and have assisted me with whatever I may need. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could.

   Gave me wrong prescription. Went to collect new prescription that had arrived that day, but they gave old prescription that I didn't need anymore that had been sitting in chemist for over a month. No mention of what the medication was when handed over so didn't know it was incorrect medication until I opened the package at home. Went back and they made me pay again to get the new prescription, so I ended up paying 2 prescription fees, even though I don't need the old prescription medication. Why they didn't give the new prescription when collecting in the first place I do not know. Really unfair and super annoyed I had to pay an extra prescription fee due to their error.

   I have been over the past month or so for all my travel vaccinations. I’m usually a fainter and the team at Dermacia have all been so friendly, helpful and lovely. I had 5 different vaccinations and each time I went in and the team were very accommodating for me. I would highly recommend for anyone going for vaccinations or help to come here, especially if you’re usually bad with vaccinations. Thank you so much !

   Very rude and judgemental staff and pharmacist. Individuals who provide health care services have to have a certain demeanour. The personnel at this pharmacy do not have the skills to help people. I felt as if I was being ridiculed when I visited earlier today to pick up my medication. Terrible service and experience.

   Went here to have a travel injections for both me and my 1 year old daughter. They were super helpful and super kind. Elenor was so professional and kind gave us all the advice that we needed and was so gentle with my one year old injections so much so my daughter did not cry!!!    Excellent pharmacy. Would highly recommend. I have needed several travel vaccines and this pharmacy has been nothing but professional, organised and efficient at administering these for us. Communication has also been great with regards to a vaccine that had been low in stock everywhere. We were called and told it had become available and this was put on hold for us. I have felt nothing but reassured that I have been in safe hands.
