   I asked the guys who delivered my new cooker .how soon could I use it ,:He said straight away ,I said really,he said yes .never mentioned having to burn residue of ect which takes awhile .but he said use straight away .

   First time I used this company last week as my washing machine was leaking and recommended by a friend, from my first call to them had a lovely guy explain what it could be and he arranged for a engineer to come next day and he did with all the equipment and turns out needed a new door seal which he had brought. Excellent customer service from start to finish, will definitely use them again.

   Dyson Vacuum needed repaired. I brought it to the shop. (There is a useful ‘loading’ zone outside). Problem diagnosed quickly, parts ordered and reasonable.estimate provided. The job took a day longer than anticipated as the machine had to be disassembled. There was no extra cost. Very satisfied.
