    This is the second time we've used this company from Shotts in Lanarkshire, our washing machine packed in and we needed another asap. Our machine was a smaller one as it's integrated, my wife called them Monday and a man called George not only came with a machine on the Tuesday but plumbed it in and took the old one away. George was happy to help, did the change-over quickly and we would highly recommend them with their wonderful customer service.

    I don't recommend buying anything in the shotts shop. I was told the prices that were shown in the shop included the installation of the appliances. But when I went to buy a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a cooker a couple months later, they added over £100 on top of the price to fit the appliances. I don't like confrontation, so I just payed the price, but I am very disappointed and next time I'll just buy online because I know I won't be lied to like this.
