Gen Z staff with their sinister and roll eyes mood. Coffee was good, kudos they know how to do ratios right. Attitude 1 for the theatrical vibes. Overall short on staff and sad not friendly staff. Happy I just went for take away bcos "staff vibes" kinda off putting.

Today I have had the best mocha made in a long time. Tall dark hair and handsome made it for me @ 1430 hours. Yesterday I was at Shandwick Place and got a mocha there an was very disappointed as she put chocolate cream on my mocha instead of regular cream without asking me first. I couldn't drink it and left it. I was devastated but today this guy has made my day.

Seriously grubby venue. Disabled toilet need a good scrub. WC itself looked ok, but black slime in well of hand dryer. Skirting board black half way up with ingrained dirt. Floor stained and sticky. Upstairs so many tables unusable due to piles of dirty dishes folk had stacked up - presumably meant tables were not being wiped if customers were clearing them themselves. Watched member of staff downstairs, pick up dirty cups and just deliberately drop tea bag on the floor. All tables and chairs look like they need a good deep clean. Gross! Shocking!

Worst Nero experience ever. Service was fast and friendly, however during the lack of staff place was unclean. The worst was unclean chair in the corner table what was smelling so disgustingly that I simply couldn't finish my coffee and left

Beautiful interiors, cosy sitting- in area and beautifully brewed coffees. I am a regular at Caffè Nero and love their caramel iced latte which I order with semi-skimmed milk, double shots of espresso and two pumps of caramel syrup. I usually have it with either their brownie or their coffee cake, both equally delectable. Their luxury hot chocolate and Salted Caramel Brownie Hot chocolate (only available during the festive season) are also must-try’s. I personally like the upstairs sitting area better because of the lovely views, and comfier couches. However I do think that the tables needs more frequent wiping. The staff is also very helpful and always ready to accommodate the customers.

It is a nice place to visit, with good food, nice coffee, and a friendly atmosphere. It is a very busy area so you may wait a bit to be served but trust me the staff do the best to reduce waiting time.

You might be forgiven for thinking that time has stopped all together while waiting in the never ending queue to be served here. Every single time I have ever been here it's taken over 20 mins to get from the door to the counter. It's only because I think that Nero coffee is better than the Costa or Starbucks that I endure.

Usually a top notch experience, food and coffee was on point as always however the two guys behind the counter are pretty unwelcoming.. the one with the glasses never smiles and I have first-hand heard him be disrespectful to customers a few times now. I overheard the other guy make a snarky remark to a customer as I was sat drinking my coffee, he was also struggling to smile.. usually when the other girls, Rachel and Chelsea are working, people are greeted with a smile and they make you feel incredibly welcome. Shame about the two guys behind the counter today.. they let the place down and need to up their customer service game. On the other hand, Rachel and Chelsea do a fantastic job - please hire more like them.
