Very good coffee, served really well. Super cakes etc. They also sell coffee beans and freshly ground coffee to order. Not cheap, but reasonable prices. Easy access and local parking is variable, but usually good. Staff are super, they are well mannered, polite, attentive & so good at what they do.
Popped into Tanifiki today and loved it. The coffee was spot on, and the banana cake was honestly unreal. Took everything down to the beach and it made the perfect little break. Friendly team, great vibe. Already looking forward to my next visit!
Fantastic coffee and first rate cannolis. Always greeted with a glass of water and a smile when they take your order and the place has a lovely chilled out vibe and a great range of cakes and pastries. I can also recommend the bacon bagel which is incredible and comes with the most wonderful side salad. Back again today for a light breakfast. As ever, superb coffee and we had the almond and chocolate croissant that my friend had been raving about. He wasn’t wrong! Outstanding and great service too. Our most recent visit (25 July) was brilliant as usual and our four-legged visitor had a great time overseeing the baristas! Tanifiki is pup friendly and whilst he sat patiently and enjoyed the vibe, we enjoyed coffees and more of those almond and chocolate croissants.
Had coffee & cakes with my family - really enjoyed it all. We were a large table and the service was great. I believe they roast their own coffee beans. It was really good coffee. Great vibe - really worth a try if you’re ever in Portobella.
Very cool coffee haunt with silky smooth flat white and delicious focaccia for a light lunch. Hibiscus Tea was pretty awesome too. Cakes looked homemade and huge but did not indulge (this time!). Definitely worth checking out for the coffee and more

A superb cafe in Edinburgh!! It’s a 3 minutes walk away from Portobello beach. Their coffee is one of the best I’ve tried so far and the hot chocolate is very creamy and delicious. They also have a big selection of pastries and desserts from local bakers and they are amazing! I liked everything I tried so far.
