Amazing coffee and sometimes amazing staff , but there are 2 in particular that are arrogant to the and they don’t even give you a wee smile. And just look at you like you have done something wrong by coming into the shop. Everyone else who I have met has been fantastic and the doing such a good job 5* to all of them.
Guys what's going on here? If I order 2 Lattes, one is pure milk and one is ok, are you just pretending to make the second with coffee or using an old puck? Needs to stop. It isnt cheap and if i wanted warm frothy milk, Id make it myself. This needs to get sorted or it will be going further than the store manager.
Below average coffee, topped up with a hot water tap. Order was wrong, then it took me a while to get the attention of the person behind the counter to remedy it (her conversation with a colleague while on a phone was clearly very important). The place was full of rubbish and empty cups strewn about. I get it that places like this can become busy and staff get overwhelmed, but there were only about 3 of us customers in there, and the staff were having a jolly good time just having a natter. I won't be going back to this particular branch.
Again, why do they never clean their tables? Poor service, my order was wrong, and I had to wait a further 15 minutes. The surrounding tables are a mess. Question for the Manager. Do you think I want to have a coffee in a room surrounded by mess? I can have a coffee at home in comfort, so what's the point of sitting in?
Ordered through the drive through the other morning. Pleasant staff. Only thing is when I got my order and had driven away I discovered my drink was missing the syrup I had paid for. I should have checked but at the same time for a drive through, it’s meant to be convenient and I shouldn’t have to check.
Very popular Starbucks with great staff. We got served fairly quickly, staff had good chat and our coffee was lovely.
Staff are always friendly and like a chit-chat first thing in the morning, love the coffee and always a nice pick me up when I feel like rubbish
Maybe I'm easy to please but I like atmosphere and staff is really nice. My top drink is strawberry acer and honestly it's a summer morning in my mouth.
