Good quality croissants and beverages. Friendly staff. This place is small and has some small tables to sit down.

Usual Cafe Nero offering, however quite small and very busy due to its location. Be prepared to wait to be served, as there are often large queues. Drinks, food and service all good but limited seats and toilet facilities.

Unfortunately I think employees should start to police the bad clients seating before the people in the ordering line. I'm used to going there when I am around and in general I like it. However the issue is that this place needs to throw out the groups of people arriving and seating to keep the table while you are ordering despite them being behind you in the line. Then you end up with nowhere to seat with your food on hands despite the seat availability when you arrived in the first place. Would it happen once or twice… but I used to be a regular and it happened almost every week. This is a pain when you are going solo. Please do something put a sign or something.

Got a hot chocolate with cream, which was lovely. The table next to the window also has some nice views of the city chambers. However, when it came to the bathroom, it was absolutely disgusting.

I enjoy going to Caffe Nero wherever I go, bu this baranch's manager needs to pay attention to level of cleanliness of utensils. The condition of the "washed" spoons is unacceptable.

Nice place to get some rest, coffee and food. Relaxed atmosphere, good coffee!

We stopped in here shortly before a tour we booked and it was super warm and cozy (a welcome relief from the cool, rainy Scottish weather). I ordered a luxury hot chocolate with whip and it was AMAZING. They use a dark chocolate recipe and it was to die for. Unfortunately, that was the only menu item I tried, but their pastries and coffees being served to other patrons looked good as well.

Cosy on a damp day, dreich even. 4* for service as they were so busy when we went. Splendid cakes and ready nice mug (!) of Earl Grey Tea (bag). Good value too, certainly for Edinburgh.

One of the most tastiest hot chocolates I have ever had. The blueberry muffin was also delicious. My mother loved her cinnamon swirl and cappuccino.

paid for my drink and wanted to use the toilet as a paying patron. Asked politely for the code of the toilet but ended up receiving a one finger gesture from him. No words.Where is the customer service here? never felt degraded in my life. He gave me the code after what he was doing. My point here is he could have just politely told me to hold on for a minute. He is has a beard and mustache. Wearing black shirt. I hope the management could train the gentleman to be more polite.
