   Abysmal place. Filthy old chairs full of dirt. Used coffee cups all over the place. Nearly £35 for two tiny wraps, that were meant to be served hot but came back with half toasted with cold centres. A rank cheese and ham toasty, two hot chocolates that were cold, and an average white coffee. Really don’t understand how the company thinks it’s acceptable. Trainer your staff to clear tables and make the food you serve at a high price.

   Staff were lovely, got a fresh matcha nice&quick which was great/nice quality, but it was like an oven in there. Either no Aircon or just not in use. Wouldn't suggest staying for your drink!

   This branch is in need of refurbishment. At a more basic level the cafe requires a deep clean and staff to be trained in how to maintain that cleanliness, it is very dirty. I like the coffee but will not return until standards improve.

   Not aiming for Morningside chique . A bit scruffy. But a decent sized cup of reliably good coffee, tasty pastries and friendly staff. That’ll do me.

   Lovely coffee and friendly service but the toilets are not great. The hand dryer doesn't work so the floor is always wet. There's no hook to hang a bag or jacket.

   Cafe Nero is my favorite but i do feel this branch is not looked after the sofas near the entrance are old and dirty. Will be great if they are cleaned or changed

   Who doesn't love a coffee. Popped in for a short visit the staff were friendly, engaging and made a decent frappe. So all in all a great service. However I did bring my flask but wasn't able to use it as they already put it in a cup this had happened a few times not just with this coffee store
