    This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to, they are extreamly busy nearly all of the time but always provide service with a smile, they have always been so helpful to myself and my daughter, it's not just the medical side with this pharmacy, the bits and bobs they sell in store are lovely, sometimes I pop in there just for random bits.

    I just wanted to say how great this pharmacy is and the lovely blonde lady behind the counter. I came in a couple of days ago really ill and handed in my prescription. She told me the wait was around 30 mins. After seeing how ill I was she got me a chair and then I told her I was feeling sick and she got me a bag and had my prescription ready within 10 mins. She was really caring and kind and I can’t them enough I was feeling seriously ill.

    I visited the Pharmacy for an appointment today and was treated like a child and spoke to me in such a derogatory way. The person that reviewed me did not do this thoroughly. Took my temperature with a machine that was not working, did not close the door so everyone could hear, needed to wear a mask as she had a lot of saliva every time she spoke. Told me I had a viral infection and then a bacterial infection but no antibiotics needed. Referred to a laminated flow chart all the time and repeating herself that she was not an expert, she wasn't a prescriber. This was supposed to be the equivalent of a GP appointment. The Pharmacy used to be so helpful and I have been registered at the GP since 1997, what a shame.

    Excellent staff always helpful and cheerful even when busy. I suffer with copd and often struggle to breath but the staff are very quick to show their concern for my well being which although usually unnecessary is much appreciated.
