The shop was next to our hotel so we had breakfast here a few times. From the Zaza breakfast to the French toast and pancakes everything was delicious. The staf was super helpful and very nice. Loved this place!
we wanted to try a scottish halal breakfast and it was great! staff are lovely, they were so accommodating. we went around 11 am and didn’t have to wait for a table, the food also didn’t take long to come- maybe 10 mins or so. scottish breakfast was really nice, we got to try halal haggis and a potato scone. i also recommend the chai latte. best place to come for a classic breakfast! it will not disappoint.
I had a great experience at Zaza’s Coffee House! The food was fresh, tasty, and fully halal — the Scottish breakfast was especially delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the cozy café has a lovely view of Edinburgh Castle. Perfect spot for brunch or a relaxed coffee stop in the city. Definitely coming back!
Salam to the restaurant owners and crew members. My wife and I shared a set of Scottish breakfast and we enjoyed the meal. Window view of the castle is a bonus. Portion is generous (thats why we had to just share). Lemon & ginger drink is so refreshing. They gave us complimentary bottled water. Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!
A good establishment located near Edinburg's tourist destinations. It is in the old town and a stone's throw from the castle. It offers several Scotland's classic but halal, such as Scottish breakfast. We had it and it was nice. The first time I tried haggis. We also had a cup of coffee. It's not Muslim who enjoys the cafe, but everyone.
Splendid! Pancakes are the best ever! We ate Scottish & British breakfast, both are Halal and superb!! 100% halal! Plus it is overlooking the castle!! The prices are considered very reasonable. Definitely Will come again! Highly recommended for Muslims!!
We came as a group of 12 for breakfast. The foods are very good. And of course the staffs are very friendly. Thank you for having us. Good price. I ordered scottish breakfast.
Wonderful options, great service, delicious breakfast, we are from the US and had the British Breakfast, American breakfast and Zaza’s breakfast, with an enormous cappuccino. The service was lovely, very attentive and helpful. Super kind gentleman working (maybe owners family ?) The food was so good we’ve been talking about it all day.
Much more than a coffee shop, warm, cozy, small restaurant with great food and a nice ambiance. Staff was friendly and helpful; food came out hot and perfectly prepared. Left full and very satisfied. Couldn't think of a better place for breakfast.
This is a small cafe. From the start the staff were polite and helpful. Halal food. I had the pita bread with chicken and avocado . Delicious. Pleasant view of Edinburgh Castle too. We also had the soup of the day. We'll presented and filling along with the soft bread. 5 stars worth a visit as tourist or as a place for locals to meet in the Grass Market area.
