Very cosy place to have a coffee and cake. I loved the snuggled tables inside and one of the best scones I ever had.
Brilliant overall experience, hot chocolate to die for. Barista very chatty and happy, customers all seemed to be enjoying their drinks and scones. Highly recommend.
Just stopped in for a quick takeaway coffee, but the flat white I had was great and the pastries looked absolutely lovely!
The cafe was so cute and had a great location. Might not have been the best iced coffee, but can highly recommend getting tea there. There’s about three cups of tea in their pots. Their fruit scone served with jam and butter was phenomenal.
If you enjoy espresso or tea at a place that makes you feel welcome, come here. Best cappuccino in Edinburgh so far. The espresso was complex and robust with a nice fullness. Nice to see how they seep the loose leaf tea. Modest yet diverse offerings g and varieties available. The pastries are great. As other posts say, get the scone(s). It’s worth it to stay in and enjoy in the limited seating.
I’ve had my fair share of oat flat whites and I must say Wellington had the best one so far. Loved the wee seating area by the window as well!
Some of the finest coffee going in Edinburgh. It’s tucked away on one of the corners of George Street on the basement level, but don’t be put off by this. The cosy cafe has delicious pastries and some very tasty espresso. Perfect place to stop by when you’re visiting the center
Tried the fruit scone and it was really tasty. Coffee was okay too. The outside area and the toilet were rather dirty which made it less nice to sit and enjoy the tasty breakfast.
Sweet little spot with good service. We all enjoyed our drinks and the staff. As an FYI - It's down a few steps and the seating is spread out - I would say this spot is not accessible to all.
