    We had a very happy breakfast experience here. We ordered the ciabatta, the food is delicious and the portion is very reasonable. The staff is friendly and she always smile. The nice background music is a plus.

    Visited this lovely homely cafe on a whim. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I had the salmon brunch meal with the poached eggs and my brother had a Tuna Panini. Both were brilliant - light and filling.

    A lovely place to have a snack or even some warm soup on a cold rainy day! The atmosphere is simply enchanting, sweet yet simple decorum with a glaze of the best jazz classics, it feels like you’re in your own home but with better views. Highly recommend trying out their sweets, as they collaborate with small bakeries and are not outrageously sweet.

    Nice bright cafe with pleasant staff. A few handy tables outside too. My toastie and coffee were good. We had the car (dropping heavy stuff off at a friend's), and were able to park practically outside - though check the time restrictions if you're wanting to park.

    I really want to like this cafe as it’s near my home but every time I go, it’s always so average! Average hot drinks, average food, average decor and average service. It also says in big letters on the window that they offer student discount when they don’t. A shame as if it was a better experience I’d go there a lot.

    Surroundings are nice, music in the background. Lovely choice of greeting cards! No greeting from staff when you arrive or leave. No interaction when they bring you your food. No apology for no soup on a cold sunday at 12.00! At £17 for 2 coffees and 2 'no garnish' toasties I think they need to up their game. The 2 girls on sunday clearly didn't want to be there and that was reflected in the service. Over priced and not value for money - great location what a shame!

    Yeah! Nice Café, I'll definitely go there again .. Here in Edinburgh, there are lots of extremely pretentious cafes, well with nice staff, good coffee and cakes.. this one doesn't fall into that category! If you're in that area, it's Highly Recommended!
