   I'm extremely disappointed with the way I was made to feel by a member of staff named Gill my toddler picked up a cookie which of course I was going to pay for the way she came running to the male cashier who was surviving me at the time and made me feel very embarrassed in front of so many people I will be complaining about her to Costa directly. She seems very unhappy with her job the place was busy but she definitely can't work under pressure

   The ladies in the Costa in the Gyle are always so helpful, friendly, efficient and know how to make a good cup of coffee! It’s part of my morning routine to pick up a caramel cappuccino there before I go to work and they are always down for some banter and it’s a great start to my morning, thank you to everyone! :)

   Worst Costa branch I've ever been to , service is an absolute joke! Abrupt till person lack of communication . In my opinion the whole team needs professional guidance on customer service . Doubt these guys will pass the next Costa audit total shambles.
