Early dinner and I think I was the only one there but the food was amazing. Crispy fried potato good and crispy! duck ragu was juicy and a good portion size. Tiramisu with pistachio cream was to die for. The best tiramisu I've ever had and I've had it a lot as it's a favourite.

This place feels a little rustic on first entering - but bear with it. I found staff are super friendly and understood the menu well. Not your typical Italian fare - but on eating you’ll realise that someone in the kitchen really knows what they are doing. Pasta was well cooked with just the right level of bite. A limited desert menu - but the Tiramisu was excellent - i nearly ordered seconds. It all comes reasonably priced . Don’t walk past this place - id recommend you pop in and give it a try . I certainly wasn’t disappointed :-))

Had dinner with friends here, The prawn tagliatelle , octopus, and tomato salad were absolutely delicious – authentic Italian flavors done right! While the portions could be a bit more generous, the exquisite presentation made every bite special. The restaurant has an intimate (though slightly cramped) ambiance that adds to its charm. Perfect for when you want quality over quantity, though ordering multiple dishes to share might be ideal for heartier appetites.

Ate here on the terrace on a perfect, warm Bristol evening. Started with a glass of Italian G&T, a double starter to try their oysters, along with an octopus and potato salad. Main of granchio (crab and tagliatelle). Staff were super helpful and nice. I like the fact their menu is quite short, eating you knowledge everything is prepared and cooked fresh! Would definitely recommend.

Truly delicious dishes, we went for a mostly fish based meal. The tuna starter with strawberry was amazing. Both desserts were tasty and freshly made. Really enjoyed the wines also. Staff attentive and friendly. The only disappointing bit was on the main course, I found both pasta dishes a bit stingy with the pasta itself. The condiment was generous, but the actual pasta could have been a little more, leaving quite a lot of sauce at the bottom I had to scrape off with the fork!

Wow this place! We stumbled across La Panza on a cold and windy Saturday, late afternoon after a very difficult day just wanting food in our tummies, no expectations. The place is very twee and welcoming. We were seated outside on the patio as the restaurant was fully booked. No problem, heater on and cosy blankets galore! We were waited on very attentively and the staff were friendly and chatty. Service was quick, we ate delicious food and perfect portion sizes for two courses. Pleased to see a lovely and unique variety of flavours on the menu with seasonal produce. A great deal of care and thought clearly has gone into the menu. Music was wonderful, the ambience really picked up our moods. A truly special little place and a real treat to discover this. Can’t wait to visit again when we are back in Bristol!!

Excellent food and service. Authentic Italian food, friendly service and dog friendly. Will definitely be back to try more of the dishes. Have to say the he tuna main was incredible, was melt in the mouth. My only personal preference would be to dim the lights / have lamps and candles to make it cosier (but still gets a 5* from me as can't deny the food and food and service). Otherwise perfect and I will definitely be returning soon
