   I came first thing in the morning and they didn't have any vegan options. Doesn't seem busy either. Staff always look confused when asked about vegan options. The only time I managed to get a vegan option (vegan cheese toastie), the staff held it with his bare finger right after handling cash. They scratched themselves, with the cheese still in their other hand. The atmosphere could be nice but the neon lights make me feel ill and the tables are always grubby. The coffee is alright. The staff is always nice though so I think it's more likely a lack of training. Edit later: just had to bin a vegan sausage roll because it tasted like rotten fish. I'm actually worried about the safety standards of the place now

   No vegan cake or food options. Very disappointing there wasn't even one thing. Thought it may have been a supply issue but nothing available over multiple visits now.

   Lucky dip if the place is open. Plus, £3.40 is a bit extreme for a toastie of the quality served. Didn’t come with the side salad, coleslaw and crisps which was advertised. I’m heartbroken.

   We pretty much walked around each floor of the store & not one staff member said hello or good morning. One guy was more interested in cleaning the cash counter with his feather duster than actually doing his job.
