   BEWARE : Apparently, as customers we're supposed to know what cup to ask for our drinks in. A large hot chocolate comes in a proper china mug for sit in, while a medium comes in an ice cream sundae glass with a long sundae spoon - despite them having proper mugs in medium size !! You have to know to ask them NOT to sprinkle chocolate powder on top. And I asked for an extra hot drink because normaly it's not hot enough and goes cold before it's finished - and they created so much faff, my drink wasn't hot enough when served. At £4 plus, even for the SMALL hot chocolate, customers deserve much better. No more visits here for me.

   Coffee at Costa before noon. Quite pleasant and quiet. You can have a quiet conversation and grab a bite to eat. It's quite busy later in the day. The staff always smiles.

   I arrived around 19:00 (been there twice @ no more) There were quite a lot of customers. Not enough parking space. Had to move to park outside. Coffee tastes good but bakery still needs a lot of improvement.

   Always get a great welcome in here from the girls. They know my order (mostly) and are always happy and chatty. The place is spotless too. Love a wee half hour to myself with a gingerbread latte in here

   Poor customer service from staff, i ordered a choc chip frostino didn't even look like a frostino and it tasted like milky ice. Staff were extremely rude, very disappointed.
