We have eaten at Ravellos twice now. Once for our birthdays and then last week first our wedding anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. Everything from the moment we walked through the door and our coats were taken to the minute we left was wonderful. The service was outstanding and the food was impeccable. Our waitress even recognised us from our visit in September. I really can’t rate this restaurant high enough. Thank you for making our night special. It was also a refreshing change not to automatically have a service charge added. We gave a good tip as it was worth a good tip.

WELL ABOVE AVERAGE IN EVERY ASPECT. Wonderfull venue, it was very busy, testament to the extensive menu and standard of cookery which was excellent. Would highly recommend the Monkfish, an expensive fish served cube size in most places (more often than not fatty end cuts) but not at Ravello, they were served as large filets the best I’ve had. My wife’s Fondant was perfect unfortunately my Affogato was initially served without the espresso and returned to me with cold coffee already poured, shocked and surprised that the servers in a restaurant of this reputation do not know how Affogato is served, (hence my 4 star review) nevertheless well worth the trip across from Cardiff.

Gorgeous food with attentive service. We visited early on a Saturday evening having been able to call ahead and book a table - and we’re glad we did. After being seated at least four groups of customers were unfortunately turned away due to full booking. A shame really but, spoke volumes for how popular this venue was. The food did not disappoint. Having been on holiday to Italy, this was authenticity at its best. Pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was nothing short of moreish. The service from waiting staff should be commended with a polite and professional greeting from the outset. Bookings arrived during our feast and staff were greeting them again, remember details about their customers enquiring on updates. Which only showed how much the staff care about their customers and how much they value repeat custom. Overall top notch. If you manage to pay them a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food served here. Every dish tasted authentic, fresh, and full of flavour. The pasta, in particular was outstanding, despite being quite selective about food, I found it to be exceptional. The dessert was equally delightful, with a well-balanced flavour that was not overly sweet. The restaurant itself features a beautiful and welcoming interior, creating a pleasant and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Overall, a 5 star and it's very rare I would give a rating like this. Atmosphere and service expectional good, better than any restaurants I have been to so far since moving to this part of the county. Food is a 5 star in terms of taste and quality, only gave it a 4 star due the price but as a treat it is worth it. Don't mind paying the price for the quality of food you get here. Good choices on the menu, clearly high quality ingredients, fresh food, great service and a rustic/cosy atmosphere. Building itself is intriguing too as its Grade 2 listed I believe, 17th century!

Set in a beautiful old building with a charming interior. Ambient lighting and comfortable seating. The food here was delicious and service very efficient. I would definitely revisit if I'm ever back in Bradford on Avon.

Went here for my partners 30th last night and was absolutely blown away. Incredible food, tasty and filling. I wanted to try so many dishes. A warm, friendly atmosphere, cosy and intimate. However, the real winners of this enchanting restaurant are the staff members. Incredible service, both friendly and attentative, almost every member of staff wished my partner a happy birthday. I cannot give enough to the staff members working last night for making our evening. I cannot wait to have dinner with yourselves again and encourage anyone in Bradford on Avon to visit.

Lovely restaurant, we had a table upstairs with plenty of room between tables. We both had a starter and a main course which, considering how busy they were, arrived reasonably quickly. The food was delicious and freshly made. We also shared a bottle of wine.

Fabulous evening. We didn't have a booking and were shown the only free table and asked if we were happy with it. It was at the top of the stairs but we took it. Other than not being amongst the chatter from the main dining area, it was OK. Service was good and food was excellent. One of the best meals we've had in a while. Have already recommended it to friends! Would go again when in BOA. Pictures are of our delicious starters, mussels and a vegetable strudel!

Really solid Italian restaurant situated in a historic building in the heart of Bradford on Avon. A busy place with lots of regular customers which is always a good sign. We visited for lunch and was impressed with the food and quality of service, menu leans towards the classic but all well cooked and presented. Staff incredibly attentive. Be delighted to return next time we are in town.
