⭐ Zero stars Extremely poor customer service. Purchased Nike trainers for my son while visiting the Loch Lomond store. After just eight weeks, the air bubble failed — clearly a manufacturing fault. Despite travelling over 60 miles to return them, staff refused to help because of minor scuffing from normal wear. Frasers’ website tells customers to pay for an independent inspection, which breaches the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The retailer is responsible for faulty goods within six months, not the customer. A disappointing and time-wasting experience.

Loved thi store before HOF was taken under Sports Direct. It is ok now, but previously, it was truly a glamorous place to shop. The staff is very nice and helpful, but. However, I would love to see the previous layout and this x factor the store had a few years back.

For a shop that i have never been too i can honestly say it was pretty boring’ i shop a lot but even i knew the prices were far too high as we found the same item bought online for way cheaper and the same quality! It was very packed in and very bleak to be honest.

I visited House of Fraser this morning. What has happened to this once lovely store. If you are a sports direct fan it will suit you. Not what i was looking for. Not many staff walking around. Seems to have lost its lovely atmosphere. Very disappointing.

Nice store with good variety of popular high street brand names, you can find some good discounts on some items, a good search through can find hidden gems . * Android pay is found here :)

Jenners (House of Fraser) store is the first you see when approaching Loch Lomond Shores shopping area from the main car park. Its lobby is also the entrance to beautifully clean toilets. So you are, kind of, drawn into the store itself and it's right that you are. The store is very airy and light with lots of clothing and accessories well laid out. The assistants were pleasant. We bought a couple of unique birthday cards. Part of Jenners is Café Zest where we had lunch. It didn't have a huge menu but there's all the usual staples - fish, chicken, chips, vegetarian options and hot and cold drinks. The food was delicious - H had the chicken and I had a hot-from-the-frier fish. There's ample seating with great views over the loch.
