   A beacon of hope in a sea of pretentious mediocrity! My daughter has dance every Saturday morning so I wander nearby in Stockbridge and have tried almost every coffee shop on offer. They all think they’re it and some and good but most are average at best. This is the place! Customer service that actually aims to serve rather than leave you questioning your life choices. If you like being charged £4.80 for a flat white with a side of distain then don’t go here but if you still value human decency then go see these guys! Friendly, knowledgable AND KIND!

   Lovely homey tea and coffee spot! The tea was fantastic and the coffee was expertly made. The kind barista bought everything to us and we paid at the end. The cookies were a nice sugar pick-me-up.

   I felt rather unwelcome. I was unimpressed by the barista who never even said “hello” “have a seat” “I’ll be right with you” basic BASIC customer service skills that a monkey would have. He just ignored me and continued to make coffee at a time when the cafe was dead quiet. He then sat on a stool and played on his phone the whole time I was there. So…..I will not be back and I won’t be recommending this establishment.

   The best coffee in the area and the staff are lovely. If getting beans to take away, you can get them ground if you don’t have a grinder. There’s a nice selection of tea… and cake, too.

   Very helpful staff who knows about coffee beans. Tell what kind of taste you like and they will suggest the best origin. The interior decoration is very nice. In my opinion, the best coffee shop in the UK.
