   The service in here is always 10/10 the most lovely girls serving and making drinks and genuinely seem happy to help. The space itself is great, nice and spacious with plenty tables and lots of tables with charging points! It is popular as a place to work/study for a reason :) nice location and seems less busy than the princes street locations Toilets are kept nice and clean also

   Went in with my family on 31/08 at lunchtime, some customers enjoying their coffees and 2 girls behind the counter chatting away then looked at us and said "We've stopped serving, we're on a 5/10 minute break". We just walked out, ridiculous service! Unbelievable!

   The server was lovely however with no less than three signs promoting pistachio lattes today 2/12/25 there was none in stock! I was able to order a shaken espresso and it was done nicely. This one is a franchise and when I went a little further away I was able to get pistachio. Wasnt a bad experience just wasn’t great.

   I was very surprised when I went to Starbucks in Edinburgh as the staff were very nice and friendly. It was cold and i was having a bad day so nipped in for a hot drink and something to eat. The staff were very nice behind the counter and when my drink arrived there was a big heart shape on the top it was priceless. On leaving the young lady asked if I enjoyed my drink and to have a lovely day which made me have a big smile leaving the shop. Thanks

   Big bucks for a Starbucks, no longer a impulse purchase, almost £5 for a mocha. Now Starbucks has become a weekly treat . Still the best coffee.

   It would be nice if as much effort was put into keeping the toilets clean as is put into protecting them from non-customer usage. I'm not fond of asking for access codes to use the toilet and feel we could do without this particular dystopian practice. Somehow other cafes seem to be able to get by without it AND keep the toilets clean and tidy.
