   Coffee Cave is an absolute gem in Edinburgh. I often visit with my colleagues, and every time we walk in, we’re greeted by the warmest and kindest staff. The coffee is some of the best in Edinburgh and the selection of pastries and cakes is equally impressive, with something for every sweet tooth. I especially love the berry crumble slices! If you’re looking for a small, friendly coffee spot with top‑notch drinks and delicious treats, Coffee Cave is a must‑visit.

   This AMAZING coffee spot was right outside of our hotel (Hilton). They offered fun conversation, a great cup of coffee, and delicious pastries. It's a tiny walk-up rather than a sit-in joint, but the manager (owner?) was a very easy-going, fun guy to talk to (Ali). He gave us some tips on where to go as first-time tourists to this historical area. I would definitely recommend searching them out for a great cup of coffee to start your daily adventures!!! Unfortunately, I don't have a pic of the spot, but I will contribute one soon!!!

   This little cafe is a hidden gem, primarily serving takeaway, but they do have two benches for outdoor seating. It is right opp Moxy Hotel. I enjoyed my morning flat white. It’s smooth with a balanced bean flavour that’s not overly acidic. And I love it serves hot. Tried the vegan nutty granola bar as well, it was average. The two friendly ladies behind the counter made my experience better. This cafe is a great way to start your Scottish morning.

   Great coffee and friendly and welcoming barista. We ordered flat white and it was in the proper temperature, the taste was bitter and acidic at the same time - really good. No seating area - this is essentially a whole in the wall where you order coffee. Great takeaway experience.

   Love this wee gem! Warm welcome, gorgeous coffee and always a great selection of sweet and savoury bakes. Also, the best hot chocolate in Edinburgh - I go for the hazelnut and oat milk hot choc.
