Had some refreshments on way to Oasis concert. Great atmosphere and excellent service even though the place was overflowing. Great outside seating.
I ate at Luckies in a party of seven. We all chose the 'eat as much as you like' from their Chop Chop dining. The food and service were nothing short of first class. I cannot recommend my experience enough. This bar for an eating experience is a gem and I look forward to returning soon!
Met people to collaborate on a project, haven't been in since the addition of a Chinese food kitchen. Was quite happy with all the veg options, far more than a regular pub menu! We had egg fried rice and veg spring rolls starters. Tasty and well made. Had a nice well-lit quieter space in a side room that was perfect for our meeting! Dog friendly and great service!
They kept bringing food! I thought it was just going to a small amount of each item. We didn't manage to eat everything but we did give it a good go. A nap afterwards wouldn't have gone amiss. We ordered the unlimited Banquet. We didn't need to order any extra food. It's great to see Chop Chop in a new location and closer to me. It keeps getting better.
Amazing atmosphere yesterday, warmly welcomed and joined in the party with the fans. Cannot recommend this place enough
Everyone’s make the effort here. Lovely atmosphere, staff and people. The food is absolutely fantastic and miles better than the overpriced alternative in the centre or Wetherspoons/a chain pub. Well worth a visit. Fast becoming my regular after work watering hole.
Had a lovely lunch here Fish and chips and peas Staff were nice too.Not an awful lot on the menu but Steaks,baguettes,fish and chips etc I would definately go back for the fish again.
Came in for a drink and ended up having the Haggis bon bons for lunch. They are so delicious! I would definitely recommend them. Also lovely staff and good service as well. The local regulars are nice friendly people and can have a good laugh with. The pub usually has a special drink offer on. We tried the new raspberry Bacardi drink. Its really nice and easy to drink.
