   Wasn’t to happy to start with, with only 1 dish being placed I ordered 2, older woman was clueless and the. Spoke to manger in graham who got the order correct, mushrooms were a bit watery but overall happy as value for money food, get what you pay for and if wasn’t for manager sorting out ordering issue we would’ve asked for a full refund as the wait time was over half hour time it was resolved!

   When for Sunday roast and wouldn't go back again. The service was extremely poor. First off, the order was input wrong at the beginning, twice. The latte came first, we asked for extra milk, but it never came. There was no point in chasing it cause the coffee had cooled down by itself due to the time waiting. When they eventually brought the meal, it was wrong. When pointed our, it took a further 20 minutes to bring the right neal out. Unfortunately that came without roast potatoes and the stuffing. It took another 20 minutes to bring the roast potatoes out even though they were serving other diners their roast dinners.. Turns out they had no stuffing so we were given over cooked pigs in blankets instead! (which my daughter doesn't like) Albeit we already paid extra for them on one of the meals!! I told the server I wasn't happy as the food was cold by the time the potatoes were brought out. He apologised and said he'd tell the manager but no one bothered to come and see us. It wasn't just us. Someone at another table returned their meal and someone else was at the bar complaining about theirs. A nice treat to Sunday lunch for my daughter was just a complete disaster from start to finish. I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.

   We popped in after wedding venue shopping. We were shocked at the outside as it doesn't look like a traditional pub but it indeed it is. We were welcomed in by friendly staff and they told us to sit anywhere. We ordered food on the app and it came quickly. The tacos as a starter were great with super soft tortillas. I loved the way they were presented in the cooking tin. Mains were burgers, both were great. Super tasty onion rings and soft burgers etc. The star of the show was desert with the Belgian waffles. Super tasty and soft waffle with great and tasty toppings of two ice cream scoops and chocolate and cream. If we lived closer we would be back! Little hidden gem.

   Enjoy a rainy Sunday noon, clean environment, with my wife. Slow late morning if it’s a real “life luxury”, we are glad to spend the time here. They even have the pool ball table to play, yet to try.

   I had heard from my neice about the mixed grill in the Saltire and I'm glad she suggested it as it was the best meal I have had in a very long time it was stunning. I said to Nathan that I enjoyed my meal more than I had in other places and I said I would be back for more and I certainly will be soon. Top food and service made even better with Nathan asking if everything was fine mid meal.

   Yes its not the smartest place in the block. But the food is excellent, tasty and great portion. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a late and wet night. We found a great shelter to dine in. Many thanks to wonderful staff. We will back back next time in this area

   Dirty table, no one came to clean it. Waited 35 minutes for my meal. Food was nice when it finally came. Cutlery just put on table with no napkin/serviette. Overall not great.

   Staff were really friendly, food was lovely. There had been an issue in the kitchen so before ordering were warned of a delay, we chose to stay regardless and it was worth the wait. Great service, nice atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble x

   Had a good experience at the Saltire for Father’s Day. Food was great, cocktails were good and the waitress bless her was rushed off her feet all night but still managed to tend to everyone’s needs at top speed. Would recommend.
