   The place is a shut pit !!!! Just avoid at all costs , the lads have yur car all day and at end of day they don't do yhe job or its done and nit done right and end up hanging about at 6.30 pm hassling them to get it sorted, the attitude is terrible and swear I'd rather drive to Newcastle and use specialist there than ever use this half arsed mob ever again, 3 times in 2 years I've tried this lot and not once have they got it correct,, and when you first get to the garage you cab see the rubbish absolutely everywhere ,, these lads don't pick up the shit lying around them so don't expect them to put Andy love or effort into your vehicle , , just stay clear tbh!!!! Ohhh and the pish excuses that came from them were non stop , first Saif they can't to tracking on wheels since outside edge of tyres is worn, (this why it's in ther in first place ) after car sat all day 9am till I rang them at 4.30 they then say it can't be done so I say OK take the wheels of the rear and put them on the front since the rears are like new , I tell them I'll collect vehicle at 6pm so I go at 6 and they come out with next excuse can't get wheel nuts off, , now I have milwalkee impact gun myself which I could take the wheels off myself buy this alone just shows how unproand unprepared and incapable this shithole of a place actually is,, I gets into my vehicle JUST TO FIND THEY HAVE UNPLUGGED MY DASH CAM !!!!!!! FOR WHY ILL LET YOU DECIDE THE REASON but wheb I ask them about it they even tried denying it !! Proper bunch of rip of robbing lying bstards, , thankfully I have never paid them as they've never once managed to fix anything but the gadsden they cause you is unreal and they won't give atoms toss !!!!

   If I could give zero it would be. I took my car to clcm needed front nearside front corner only to be charged £280 for 3 hours labour too take a drop link out and not fit the parts they requested i supplied. I was told they were unable to fit the parts as I now needed another part in order to fit the other parts. They took out my drop link on nissan note charged £280 to remove drop link to be told to come back tomorrow, for what to be charged again? but left my car in an unsafe condition driving with no drop link and told me to take it easy. Then was told after I purchased drop link that the other side needed done but he did not say that at the beginning when i first brought car in a week ago to get alignment he never stated driver side. Stay clear of this place day light robbery. I won't be going back, they've butchered my car it's now unsafe to drive and I don't have anymore money to fix it after forking out to them. I've been in tears because of the state of my car and being charged extortionate price for basically nothing and a missing drop link. Now having to go to somewhere else to get my car fixed properly and not get charged extortionate prices for a 20 minute job. I left in tears. Cowboys ** P.s you shot yourself in the foot on this review as why would a garage source second hand parts instead of new? You told me to get parts for my car you sourced nothing I purchased all parts, So you admit you do shoddy work? Also who is victor I don't know any victor? Also nissan note a rigid axel body so why are you trying to do a four wheel alignment on as two wheel drive car? Also I have receipt from pentland components that state hub assembly purchased so clearly you are not mechanics you have been reported for your lies, unsafe work practices. You told me I could take car away and to take it easy so don't lie you also gave me a key to a car that wasn't mine giving me the wrong key you are a bunch of cowboy liars you been reported to the trading standards. So why charge me £280 and not put the rest of my parts in I had to source myself which is extremely odd as no other garages make the customer get parts you must be lazy and unprofessional no way it took 3 hours not to put parts in you said I had to source. Refund please?

   My experience with CLCM Auto Services Ltd was absolutely disastrous, demonstrating gross negligence, dishonesty, and shocking unprofessionalism. This garage broke my TPMS sensor while fitting new tires. What's most outrageous is they claimed it was already broken and demanded payment for its replacement. When I stated I'd replace it myself at another garage, they refused to compensate for the damage. Furthermore, they refused to return the broken sensor and couldn't even specify which wheel it was in. Unbelievably, one of my brand new tyres was found with a clear cut, almost certainly inflicted by the garage during fitting (likely sticker removal), and the garage never addressed this issue. When I requested a report of the work done, they simply gave me some handwritten note – it's laughable. The "new" tyres they fitted were visibly rusty and dirty upon installation (due to your unacceptable outdoor storage practices) and remained stained even after a car wash. Additionally, they managed to inflate all four new tires to different pressures, nowhere near the manufacturer's recommended levels found on the door jamb. They even returned the car without valve caps. To top it off, they left the car half a mile from the garage, making a joint inspection impossible. In short, stay far away from this garage.

   Brilliant service, been using these guys for years now i took my porsche cayenne for brakes and discs and a faulty rear electronic spoiler porsche couldnt book me in for 2 months so i called clcm they booked me in same week i had called. All done in a day Spoiler fixed and brakes all done quickly no issues and a fraction what porsche would have charged me the guys know their stuff, i stay in ayrshire i wont let anyone touch my cars except clcm worth the drive up to them. Guys any mechanical or motoring issues give these guys a call

   Just had a full service and four-wheel alignment done at CLCM and honestly couldn’t be happier. The team was friendly, professional, and really efficient — they had everything sorted quicker than I expected without cutting corners. The customer service was spot on, they kept me informed throughout, and explained everything clearly. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of work done. My car drives perfectly now, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

   I went to get the alignment done on my van. The staff are helpful, they all look professional with matching clcm branded uniform and they done a great job on the van with a print out of the before and after results. The van drives so much better now. The price was fair as well.

   Came from Glasgow after being recommended this garage for wheel alignment and number plates on my bmw 4 series. There is no longer any vibration at high speeds on the motorway and the car drives like it’s brand new. Very happy with the new 4D number plates as well. Definitely recommend!
