I get the impression that workers there is disrespectful to their customers. I went there today to look at the goods and asked one of the consultants if I could leave my two-wheeled scooter, which I bought from them a year ago, near the main entrance from the edge where it didn't bother anyone and they allowed me to do so, but a few minutes later another consultant who looked like a man with horrible painted hair found me and told me that devices with lithium batteries are prohibited in their store.... how can you even understand that??? when half of their things they sell have lithium batteries, including scooters, phones, laptops, speakers and the batteries themselves... plus everyone has a phone with a battery in their pocket.. it was so disrespectful and humiliating that I will never buy anything from this store again and in general in this retail chain. it's a shame because I love new and expensive equipment and left over a thousand pounds there. I no longer recommend this store because they don't value their customers and treat them with arrogance, humiliation and no respect.

Served quickly, staff friendly and helpful. The man that served me helped me to my car and lifted my new oven into the boot for me. Very much appreciated.

Well I arrived at the store in Coatbridge,to collect a PlayStation 5 ,5 went to checkout desk asked by a lady called Stacey what I was in for told to collect parcel, so showed her the order ,n asked for the digits off the card I use couldn't remember ,3rd card was correct by this time shes getting frustrated, so she got order still hasn't engaged n asked how's ur day going, still hadn't smiled sat the goods on counter, n I asked for were phone cases were, she pointed behind me n just kept pointing,so went over couldn't find the size n 1 there to help. A member of staff was sitting talking to 2 customers so I stood, till he eventually said can I help told him what it was, said he'd get a member of staff. So I waited no1 came. So went bk to check out n my items were right at end of till. N I had asked her to keep them till I came bk I couldn't hold them. So asked for a bag,she looked nodded her head served a other man. I had to wait till she was finished ,walked up n put a bag on counter n walked away, ive bought all my electric stuff from currys. But that sort of customer service is unacceptable, I suffer from anxiety depression PTSD, used to work in retail for over 32yrs n never seen anything like it, n the last item before that was my Dyson that I left in currys in Hamilton last yr still under warranty, stood on a phone for over 2 hrs to Dyson shop closed, never heard a other word bk still waiting only paid Β£280, the yr before, so no after that I won't be bk ill just be paying for the insurance ive took out on everything.

Not the first time but it's definitely going to be my last time in this shop. I went with my girlfriend to get a fridge freezer and saw one that perfectly fitted the space. When we told the sale person she went to speak to someone and when she came back. " this has actually went up in price. Its not Β£699 as priced on the unit it's actually Β£749." When I pointed out that the price advertised was what I was willing to pay, i was told it's the new price and she removed the card from a unit. Stating it's not her problem and it should have been changed. But wasn't and the higher price is what it's selling at. So my mother always said don't argue with an idiot all the do is drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. So i walked away and I'll never be back.

Ordered ipad and paid for morning delivery 2 days later. No sign of delivery and customer service message is that PDP is having problems and delays of 3-5 days. What are customers being asked to pay for selected delivery times when staff obviously know of delivery issues. This is being blatantly deceitful.

Ordered a click and collect for a laptop after visiting a Edinburgh store and they had none in stock but were told Coatbridge had them in stock, ordered laptop for click and collect, went to store to collect to be told that our order number wasnβt but was a click and collect, told they have 2 in stock but wonβt give us one as we ordered online?? We ordered for a click and collect but weβre told we couldnβt collect as we would need to cancel our order and then re-buy the laptop in store. Customer service was awful and wonβt be back to this store again. Make your click and collect more clear on the website on what you can and cannot do. Β£1000 laptop down and waste of petrol.
