I HAVE HAD A RECENT PROBLEM WITH A FRIDGE BOUGHT FROM TAYLORS WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY AND HAD NO JOY WITH THE CALL CENTRE WHO WERE UNHELPFUL, A MEMBER OF STAFF WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ARRANGE AN ENGINEER TO VISIT, WELL DONE TAYLORS OTHER COMPANIES SHOULD TAKE NOTE! Claire Graham
Just had a new Bosch Oven delivered and installed, the man was excellent very helpful and took all the rubbish away leaving my house tidy, he came when he said and was extremely professional would be delighted to recommend and definitely use again the entire process from buying to installing was painless much better service than the larger companies give them your business

Small local shop but don't let that fool you. Great deals to be had and a very pleasant, friendly service from the moment you step into the shop until the items are delivered. Delivery also great!
I found this shop on the Euronics web site but had difficulty ordering a freezer for delivery to a tenant. I called the shop and Stuart sorted everything out for me within minutes. My tenant was delighted with the friendly service and the delivery driver. Just brilliant and highly recommended.
