Excellent service and support from Amy, Alan, Joanna and the team during my recent visit. The quality of workmanship, constant updates and communication was excellent. The service levels could not have been better and all work was carried out well within the estimated timescales. I would definitely recommend this accident repair centre to anyone that values quality and a high level of service.

I do not recommend going to this garage for any type of repairs. While the reception staff are very helpful with updates on the progress of your vehicle and make you feel welcome, the time frame which I was given was a complete joke. I was estimated 44 days (understanding that it may take a few days longer as it is an estimation). At the time of writing this i still have not been handed my car back and are still being told estimation days, I have been without it for 73 days which is almost double the estimated time! I was given a courtesy car from the bodyshop, this was after I was told they had no available cars to give me and another car was sorted with a different company through my insurance. I was then told just 45 mins later by the bodyshop they had a car for me and if I didn’t go with them I would be made to pay for the hire car, allegedly the payment would’ve gone from the hire car company to my insurance then to the bodyshop (I don’t know if this was true as I didn’t take the hire car and had no choice but to go with the body shops courtesy car) When I picked up the courtesy car, I drove not even 2 mins down the road and had a tire pressure warning light, 12 psi while normally it I should be 36 psi . I couldn’t go back to the bodyshop as I was in rush hour traffic and it had closed after I left. Upon returning home I noticed a nail in the tire (cause of low pressure) and anyone who has had a puncture due to a nail knows a tyre will not loose 24 psi in less than 2 mins. I’d also like to add that it stayed at 12 psi the whole drive back. The tyre was flat before I even got it. The car was obviously NOT checked and was definitely not roadworthy. I am being told to pay for a replacement tire now. This part is being written over a week later from the previous paragraphs. I have now been handed the car back, the repairs to the body and structure have been done professionally and to a high standard, however as soon as the car was switched on I had a tyre pressure warning light (this may be because it hadn’t been driven in over 2 months). The button to lower the passenger front window is also loose along with the seatbelt adjustment not working. these are minor problems however they should absolutely have not handed it back in that condition. I also received a phone call telling me that there is curbing on the front alloy which apparently was not there when I picked it up (the courtesy car which I was giving with the damaged tyre), however the day after I picked it up I called them to tell them it was damaged and they told me they already knew about that. I’m not sure if that was a ploy to get money from me. Completely ridiculous communication within the business. At the end of this the total repair time has been 81 days. It then had to back into the garage for the damage which was caused after the repairs which took just one day. The total time from when I first took my car in to when everything had finally been completed was definitely over 3 months. Please remember to check your courtesy car before leaving any garage or in this case, this bodyshop. take pictures before setting off and MAKE SURE you have proof or they will do anything in their power including involving management to ensure you pay .

I recently had my car in the garage for a small paint job and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The team kept me up-to-date with regular updates on the work being carried out, which gave me real peace of mind. The staff were professional, friendly, and took care to ensure every detail was done to a high standard. When I collected my car, the finish was flawless and it looked as good as new. I highly recommend this garage for anyone needing reliable and quality paintwork on their vehicle.

Got my car repaired in November 2022, 4 months later today and still chasing them to have the Supaguard reapplied. I only chose the guarage because it is Lexus approved. But I would never recommend them to anyone, I have already complained to Lexus and won't stop until I get my Supaguard!

Fixed a brand new car without putting primer on bodyfiller. Bled through the paint. Lacquer peel to. Will cut any corner they can. This was prior to them delivering it so they hid it from us then denied they would ever do this when it failed. Cowboys

I unfortunately hit a deer in my car (at low speed thankfully) however it was enough to damage the lower front grille on the bumper, it also knocked my adaptive cruise control radar which is situated in the lower centre of the bumper. There was also some ductwork damaged behind the front bumper & three little gouges on the bumper. I had to go through my insurance so that they could authorise the repair work, which they did. I wanted my car to go to Eastern Western Accident Repair centre, as they are the official Volkswagen authorised repair centre. I dropped my car off on the agreed date & was updated every 3-4 days on the progress of the repairs. I collected my car this morning & all I can say is, wow..they have done an absolutely amazing job, you would never know that the car had been repaired. Genuinely superb. Excellent staff, excellent work. If you need to have your car repaired, I absolutely would recommend it getting done here. I don’t understand the one star reviews on here, they repair a lot of expensive vehicles, from Mercedes Benz, Audi, Volkswagen etc & are the official approved manufacturers repairers. Being the official authorised VW repair centre, so only genuine parts are used & as I have said, the workmanship of the repairs is superb. Thank you to all.

I just made an appointment for my new car to fix the passenger side door. Lexus strongly recommended me to go to this company to fix the door. I am seriously looking forward to see their job. For start I would give them 5 stars, because ,I've been in contact with them few times and they are fast and good in estimate. I will be back with the result. Now I am back after about two months with the result. I've got my car back with two days late and I strongly believe they should be more caring about customer time ,specially when customer having hire car, BUT result was amazing .I am very happy. I would give them 5 stars.

Great experience at Eastern Western Body shop. Booked my mini in for stripes to be put on and they have made a lovely job. The receptionist were lovely and welcoming and had a great set up in place when it came to covid. Keys were sanitised before handing them over and sanitised when given back. Very reassuring. Thank you very much!
