Very bad experience had my son s BMW we buy in April . He had done a doggy MOT. leaking oil he had the car for 2 months and charged us 640. Gave the car 2 times back to us saying fixed but only told us on 3rd visit the problem is cracked rocker cover . Totally ware of time and money . Man only speaker highly about him self but fixing the problem is beyond him . I will advise to stay away from the man how can not fix the BMW at all. Wasted our time and money . Also feel rocker cover was fine and he damaged it or taken our good part out
Called in the morning after having issues driving to work. Was told to drop it off and they would do all they could to fix it and they did. Really nice staff in person and over the phone. Booked in for my MOT as was so happy with the service I received.
I always find the guys here very helpful and have been taking my car here for the past 4 years. I have never felt ripped off and never had an issue with any of the work carried out. They also source genuine parts if you ask so you don't compromise any warranty on your car. I would totally recommend this garage.
Whilst holidaying at a local campsite we had a warning light appear while driving. Rang this garage and was told drop the car in as soon as we could. The vehicle was diagnosed and repaired within an hour. Very helpful and told us of the nearby retail park(15mins walk) to go to while work was being carried out. Vehicle is back on the road and we are again enjoying our holiday. Highly recommend!!
