visited the Edinburgh store with my wife and son, and one staff member treated us very poorly. His behaviour made us feel as if we were there to steal something, which was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I have never had an experience like this before. We had planned to buy more items, but because of how he acted, we left the store without making any purchases. Other staff seemed fine, but this one person completely spoiled the visit
Really helpful lad in store; Jamie, gave me a stack of his time one rainy afternoon as a pre CBT newbie to help me understand all the things I need to consider when buying all the safety gear required to ride a bike. There really is no replacement for a brick & mortar place like this with people who know what theyre talking about. I look forward to going back when I get my bike!
Absolutely excellent service whilst visiting this branch today. A particular shout out to Emma for an extremely positive welcome to the store and for solving my problem professionally…. She totally owned the issue. Duly supported by her fellow colleagues Grant and Stevie. Absolutely fantastic service, staff very knowledgeable and helpful (but not too helpful!! Happy to let you browse if you like!) Craig (the manager) was on hand to check the helmet fit for a friend of mine, great knowledge and went the extra mile to make sure we got the helmet we asked for even though not in stock and we needed a different size Also was first class with a warranty issue with a pair of RST gloves l had brought but the stitching had come undone… Got another pair sorted within the week…. No questions asked Not often you get service like this nowadays… Craig and all his staff are top notch, whether you’re just into biking or a seasoned campaigner… Thoroughly recommended

Great shop with a huge selection of biking gear. My daughter and I popped in to get her, her first set of biking gear and the girl in the shop was so helpful, showed us where everything was and made sure everything fitted. Would highly recommend.
