   Ordered through just eat. took over 2 hours with absolutely no updates. tried calling multiple times and i mean around 20. no one picks up the phone (which just eat suggested to call the restaurant for updates) after waiting nearly 3 hours, the driver finally shows up with more than half the order missing. food was cold and clearly made ages ago. the receipt listed the full order i dont understand how it is possible to mess it up this bad terrible service. how are you only now making an order from hours ago? BEWARE - no communication or ways to contact the restaurant and missing food almost every time i order with this branch. also do not be fooled by the reviews on just eat. i rated it 1 star and it changed it to 2 stars. not sure how just eat is getting away with this

   Excellent Staff member. Simone (Hope i've spelt that correctly), she took our order like a pro, spoke clearly & politely when promoting the upgrades, so we thought why not. Added a fair for upgrades to our wicked variety bucket. She noticed we were travelling and were going to catch a train, offered us plates and cups,pointed us to the tissues, and promptly packed our order. Chicken was delicious, and K.F.C actually tasted like K.F.C for once. I hope the Edinburgh branch will take note of this review. They refuse to let you pick more than 2 drumsticks and insist yhat you must take at least 2 wing pieces in the bucket - wtf ?? When asked why ? They kept saying it's because it's a 'Hallaarl Shtore' in a thick accent. Take a leaf out of this stores playbook - fresh chicken, friendly & prompt service. Many thanks Simone.

   I went in here after a recent night out, and it wasn't very busy. I was easily able to select my food on the machine. Food was decent, same as any KFC. I didn't have to wait long and was able to eat in peace. I'd recommend for a quick bite to eat.

   Soggy and extremely oily and salty chicken. The batter just fell off!! Not crunchy in the slightest! Completely soggy Was terrible.. Not what I have seen in mukbangs

   Generally good quality food, staff are kind. On occasion food hasn't been the best, such as definitely-not-full wraps or completely mangled wraps that are almost impossible to eat, but this is a fairly rare occurrence.

   I came in just as a normal Customer Yesterday evening. I seen your Security officer Dealing with a Couple who were Clearly Drunk. But I seen his Photo I.D not being Displayed correctly.. (as you can see in this picture) So I thought it would be wise to notify the Store Manager if he could correct this in his time... But his reply was you are Banned.. And told the Security Gaurd to to remove me... but I told them I just Paid £30 for a Meal we are Waiting for.. told him give my money back I'm happy to else wer... Absolutely not acceptable to treat Customers like this... in Such a big Chain.. I did my check before I approached the Manager in the store.. All Staff who Carry a SIA BADGE MUST DISPLAY THEIR ID CORRECTLY WHICH IS A CONDITION OF THEIR BADGE. BUT THAT DIDN'T GOES THROUGH A MANAGER WHO RUNS A STORE IN GLASGOW FOR KFC.... I hope he is delt with accordingly. And in the Future no one has to experience this in your Store

   We got tower box meals. Everything was as you'd expect. Lovely Columbian man who was the dining host. Asked to clean our table before we sat down. Brought my Spanish partner some napkins when we couldn't find them too.
