   Ribeye Sunday roast that brings back memories of home cooking. Abundant portions, flavourful vegetables and meat cooked to the point. It's a family-run business: simple and great. Only the ribeye roast came with the Yorkshire pudding, otherwise, I'd have loved to have the lamb. The beer selection is good, nothing fancy. The place and decoration are very simple.

   Came here for Sunday roast. The staff were nice and friendly But the food took tooo long to come. More than 45 minutes We ordered the roast lamb and roast beef. The lamb wasn’t good. The beef was okay not the best tho. The place is nice but a bit small and crowded

   Really quirky pub in Cliftonwood with probably the best vegan Sunday roast I've ever had! Great atmosphere with a log fire in the back and super friendly staff. I would recommend booking as it gets very busy.

   Not happy and rude staff member. I don't know who owns this pub but they need to talk to the staff. I walked 20 minutes under the rain due to good reviews but disappointed. Even though no one in the pub they sat me down at the table almost outside the pub. When you get there, you will see the table which I just mentioned and you will understand me. There was 2 staff and one of them who was in the bar not even looked at my face while speaking with them.

   Best meal of our UK trip so far. This is a very authentic neighborhood pub (don't be put off by the 'gastropub' label) with a charming staff and a superb Sunday roast. Good value to boot - the servings were immense. High marks all round.
