   Went to this practice after being let down by my NHS dentist. The service I received was first class; was treated like a value patient. The team was very professional, took time to listen and identified the problem quickly. The tooth extraction was quick and painless. Thank you for the excellent service. Will definitely go back there from now on and would recommend this practice to everyone.

   I am very happy with the services provided. I was nervous about going to the dentist because of a negative experience in a different practice but Dr. Assunta made me feel at ease. She has been incredibly professional and friendly, as well as very prepared. All staff is friendly and helpful so I would highly recommend this practice!

   Had a toothache and managed to book a same day appointment. From the receptionist to the assistant and the doctor, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr Fiona was very kind, patient and gentle. Explained the options and costs. I was anxious, however, they made me feel calm and my tooth was done in minutes, without pain. They looked after me so well. I can't thank enough! (side note, it was great to see the artworks by Fee Dickson in the waiting area)

   Fantastic service from a highly professional staff team. Absolutely faultless! I would highly recommend! I asked for and received advice about teeth whitening, my bottom teeth which were badly discoloured now match my crowned upper teeth beautifully. My broken tooth fixed efficiently. The can do attitude, the honest advice, the cleanliness, the manners and respect from all the staff are first class. You feel safe and well looked after from start to finish. Thank you to the staff for having such high standards.

   So disappointed with this dentist , paid £75 for myself and my daughter to have a check up and ended up at my first meeting getting a tooth out which was over £150. Afterwards I signed up to monthly plan and handed over my debit card to receptionist as she did with several other customers in the room with me. Went off for 3 week holiday in Canada and came back to find a letter cancelling my account . I called the number on the letter and left a vm to demand what had happened. Then I had a call from the dentist the next day to say they did not have the correct bank details for the dd. I have a full time job on the phones all day and this dentist is not open late . I was told to come in and fill out another dd. I said I cd not do that and mentioned that she had taken my card , no apologies just said accusingly that it may have been that but really probably was me , she said sarcastically she would send me another one with a prepaid envelope . This one arrived with mistakes all over it , I was filling it in and thought should I send this or should I call again and by the time I got around to do this a second letter to cancel . My closest friend has been with this dentist for years and she is so embarrassed to have recommended them . I just can’t believe people who work with people can stay in a job with that bad attitude to customers .

   Smile Plus has fitted me with gum shields and been my dentist for about eight years now. I had Invisalign through Fiona Davidson which had amazing results and I always receive excellent service. They are great at dealing with any dental issues and I always recommend them, even if you have to go out of your way, it's worth the trip. Fiona is really friendly and always puts you at ease.
