   They were good until October 2023 when the dentist returned to Greece. We received a txt to say they would reschedule our appointments but that was a load of rubbish as they just closed their doors without letting us know and left all of us in the lurch without a dentist or any help. An absolutely shocking way to treat patients, if I could give minus stars I would, totally unbelievable way to treat people especially nowadays when no dentists are taking on NHS patients. They should be reported to the Dental Board for their lack of care!

   Overall ive had a good experience with this dentist, however. around november the dentist packed up and left, and since then the practice has been shut. With no clear communication with their patients about *when or if* it will reopen. I was told in november that they were currently interviewing dentists by a very stressed receptionist, who mentioned how she wasnt even sure she would have a job come christmas. There has been such a clear failing in management to even update their website during this time.

   Such a lovely and friendly receptionist who went out of her way to get me an appointment to replace a missing filling. They were running late when I got there and I was offered an alternative appointment but decided to stay- glad I did as got to see the dentist very quickly and filling has been replaced. Lovely dentist and dental nurse- very efficient. I was sad to hear that the dentist was leaving - I hope they get an equally good replacement. Thanks

   If you are looking for a dentist in Edinburgh then look no further than Enhance. After visiting with my 8 year old son for the 1st time I was highly impressed. We where warmly welcomed by Sheena on reception and after a short wait we again received a warm and friendly invite into the surgery by our Dentist George. My son was up first for his check up and needed to have a couple of x-rays taken. This turned out to be difficult due to my son having a bad gag reflex. However George and Karen the Lead Dental Nurse worked brilliantly to relax my son and included him in the process resulting in the desired x-rays being achieved. I was up next, being anxious about visiting the Dentist I wasn't looking forward to it!! However I needn't have worried. George completed a very thorough examination of my teeth and completed a scale and polish. He took the time to answer any questions I had and made me feel relaxed throughout my visit. I also received impeccable care from Karen during my visit she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed and also took the time to reassure me I was doing great. I would highly recommend the Enhance Team to anyone looking for a quality Dentist with patient care at the heart of what they do. As a bonus too there was an ubundance of free on street parking so that too also helped make the process just that bit more stress free. Thank you again to George, Karen and Sheena for making our visit as hassle and stress free as possible it's greatly appreciated

   Staff are fantastic. As someone with anxiety, I have been too scared to visit the dentist for years after a bad experience. Dr Mcbay and staff were very kind, professional and reassuring about treatment. It's put me at ease to continue appointments with this dental practice.
